The extra interior space will be a welcome change, I looked at the current model at our local dealership a couple of weeks ago as was a little disappointed by the amount of leg room in the second row, the head room was o.k. because of the way the hood lining is recessed but I could barely fit my fingers between my knees and the back of the driver's seat and at 6'2" I'm not unusually tall. I'm really glad they've updated the interior too, the one I looked at still had the horrible cheap plastic dash out of the Ranger and it just wasn't a nice place to be. I do like the new shape, it looks terrific particularly around the headlights and grill - very F Truck-ish. Looking forward to seeing the new one 'in the flesh'.

We all know Ford is one of the Biggest American brand globally, but even the Endeavour didn’t do good sales on numbers in its segment compared to other rivals , of all the major complaints was its heavy on maintenance on braking and its weight distribution compared to other vehicle of its segment, but if you want to buy suv with great comfort and goo through any off-road obstacle you should definitely gone with Ford without complaining, the Ford Everest is a real Titan with all those tough exterior and power underneath the hood and a massive interior space and off great comfort and better Approach and departure angle like f150 raptor or ranger .,👍 definite Mean vehicle 🚗 of its segment.

Still wish the raptor had the V6 diesel. The petrol engine is sadly a deal breaker. Was hoping to replace my 3.2 Wildtrack with a new Diesel Raptor to get that great suspension. Now choices are great V6 diesel engine with a normal suspension or a petrol engine with the great offroad suspension. Wish they could just finally give us the best of both. Great V6 diesel and great offroad suspension. Hopefully the rumors are true and Toyota will put the V6 diesel of the land cruiser in the next gen Hilux and bring a proper GR version with a suspension similar to the Raptor. Or perhaps the best alternative I guess is to wait for the pickup Grenadier. Looks to be built like a tank with a great diesel and great suspension for offroad

@@SkiRacingOz peak torque only at 3500rpm? It's a typical petrol and will be great for show ponies that want to show their friends how fast it is between traffic lights or roar their way through a 4x4 track. The V6 diesel will give you even more torque at half the RPM. Great for crawling your way through rough terrain, carrying a load or towing something without needing to sound like a race track. Personal preference. Not saying they shouldn't male a petrol. Having choice is good. Just disappointed they don't have the diesel. Especially because the Ford V6 diesel is such a beast. Hopefully they do one in future. Else I'll just get a Grenadier once they sell the double cab down South.

@@imopn true but the peak torque is still quite large and doesn’t seem to have as much drop off as a compatible petrol v6, I also agree that the diesel is better and don’t know why they went petrol but it wouldn’t be a deal breaker in my case as that engine still holds its own
