Bastards are killing Free Radical too, they were making a new TimeSplitters game. Different kind of FPS, but still a classic.

Wrong. NWI sold their own studio to Embracer. They sold people with salaries like modern day slavery, and you blame Embracer Group. Blame NWI for selling themselves literally. They sold out their game with the whole studio and forfeited all of their rights. Embracer group is to blame now? Stop. NWI abandoned first (or technically 2nd) Insurgency to develop Sandstorm, and they dropped it out of the blue while that game was getting solid updates and maps. Abandoned development to give Sandstorm 5 years to mature, lost fans, and then sold their own studio. And just money was the plot at the higher up level. They don't give a damn about their own people or company. Embracer acquired them, and also doesn't care much if it doesn't make money. Respect to Devs and programmers at NWI, you guys made AMAZING game, and I still play it through dark times. Through happy times. Through relaxing times. Your game pulled me through

@@righteousone8454 You know, even if it was ancient times, I'd still think both slave traders and slave owners are equally as monstrous. The fact that the higher ups at NWI are assholes doesn't mean Embracer group isn't.

Definitely in my top 3. Nothing beats insurgency.

It's still alive. We got small communities on Domination and Firefight on the Xbox One North American servers. Play either game mode from like 4pm to 12am on the NA servers and we would be happy for you to join us.

@@MGE-Gibs I did bro. They were bought out a few months ago. The most recent update is from the new owners call em what you want I forget the name. What’s happening with Insurgency is what happened to hell let lose. And that game always had its issues Insurgency on the other hand is a bit different. All in all I’ve been following the game since beta and from what’s happening, player count, reviews and sales. We have 50-70% chance this game is gonna stay and be a stable. Look at it from an CEO POV. It’s money. So why shut it down. Honestly if hell let lose did what Insurgency does for Co-oP that games player base would increase dramatically. If anything we would should worry about it trying to be something it’s not, like trying to be a COD war zone.

Yeah but sandstorm fills a certain niche that squad and he’ll let loose can’t really replicate this game feels like call of duty with realistic mil sim mechanics I got hundreds of hours on this game it’s perfect

Having the audacity to ask us the player base to nominate them for an award Not adding in a permanente night mode for multiplayer Not giving us what we wanted from art/cosmetic contest Not giving us the campaign they told us they would give Not giving us a diverse map selection (could of expanded to Eastern Europe and South America) RIP to a great game, A game that could changed gaming as we knew it and be realistic and tactical enough to pander to Normies but still be Hardcore enough to be loved by the Mil-Sim community. This game is doomed to die on PC and will only have a player base on console. I even bought it on console just to support them, although I mainly play on PC. Hopefully Tarkov Arena will pick up the slack

Your missing the shit they took out to cater an audience that didn’t play their game. Removing the competitive rank mode was the start of the down fall. Who woulda thought, never listening to what your community wants tends to kill your games. A literal repeating cycle of all 3 of their games. But ya, its always and only the publisher’s fault 😂😂😂😂

@@gabbyaghoulfemboy original mod support allows exploits like "hunter mod" (long lasers, shiny skins = wallhacking) you not pleased with that huge number of playable guns? armor works, you just played too much low ttk shooters. in ins2 you can oneshot big plate with ak, here you need to land a number of shots. though most of advanced players run armorless you can decide mag number - big, small, no mag carriers insurgency was originally made about middle east, why expanding if it's not intended to be in Europe or South America? tho nwi did a terrible job with insurgency2, total inaction and no updates really wiped the game, now online is 100-500 at most

i agree with you, but to be honest the majority of these bad decisions were made after most of the original NWI staff left embracer was slowly destroying NWI and then finally pulled the plug on its hospital bed.
