Literally this was announced 24 hours ago and Jeff's already made this video, updated his Next course, while looking after a child you can hear in the background. What a guy
I just recently started my first next.js project and was reading through the documentation today. I saw the chapters for middleware and html streaming and had no clue what it was about. And boom jeff makes a video about it
Omg same though. Everything I’ve rewritten in Rust is literally entire orders of magnitude faster than the original language. Granted, usually the language is either swift or TypeScript, but man is it nice.
I learned rust as one of my first main languages. Too bad that every job position for rust wants a senior with several years' experience. I had to go back to other stacks just for a chance of being employed lol.
hell yeah I want the full series!! I was sold when Server Components was explained, I'm thinking of using Next js with my latest MVP and this would be the best time to get a series from you on the same topic! God bless you Jeff
I wonder how hard Vercel made it to use Server Components outside of their platform. I'd 100% switch back to React. Just the Rust compiler itself should bring an orgasmic experience.
Loved the breakdown of all the new features in Next! I started updating some of my own projects and have been blown away by the Rust compiler's performance. I also loved the gymnastics clips. I was a gymnast and the whole time I was watching this, I was like "hey I know that guy!"
The compiler for me is just crazy! I'm very exited to use this with React 18 and Recoil.js. Please make the series, it will be the best thing in the world!
Wow, I watched this a week ago and didn't know a thing about what Next was, so this video didn't mean anything to me. Now by chance I got an introduction to Next through a RU-vid recommendation and later came back to this video. This looks absolutely amazing...
I was looking for nest js videos on your page. Came across next js 12 updates and Wow... i just got an idea to restrict access to other pages for authentication using middleware. No need to google or stackoverflow... XD.. It was a great coincidence. My app using nest js and next js. Thanks man.
I've noticed that I watch videos more than once, sometimes more than five times. Sometimes I watch and I don't miss out on what you say, and sometimes I watch while I'm close to what you say And once while I am learning a course about video and once after completing the course
Without a second thought, I'll become a pro member if your make that series. I bought the nextJS firebase course and it was amazing, but this would take the cake.
New Fireship PRO member here!! This video makes NextJS seems more exciting to me, and I would love to deepen my knowledge of the framework especially that the job market shifts to NextJS more and more.
Hi there! Undoubtedly your content is one of a kind & most of the time I keep on checking the playback speed subconciously lest I miss something important in the seamless realm of grasping the technical nickels and dimes. I am grateful for the efforts you make and impart the knowledge to others in such a unique and high quality format. I would definitely love to experience the pro-level stuff with what you plan to do w/your website using the latest #next.js concepts!! Thanks, love, and respect!!
Nice stuff. I could not make time to watch the nextjs conference yesterday. I hope I can find the conference video here on RU-vid. Thanks for the video Fireship🔥
I'm not a nuxt master but things like middleware were there long time since. And nuxt3 that are in actual public beta has suspense and vite for rapid development and it was announced while ago, I don't know about server components but other things was like .. hey.. I've seen it in nuxt already. Kinda disappointed.
