To put people in context you can literally drink the water the Reverse Osmosis filter out and in the majority of the cases is going to be better for your health than the water you buy to drink from the super markets bottled lol,I had to set an RO at home because the PPM reads out of our well was 1,200 and I have exactly the same pump you featured in the video of course with lot more tanks and so on but mine was 13,000 Grants so I figured yours is not cheap by any stretch of the imagination
Thank you for your comment! Yes this is not a cheap system by any means but wow has it paid for itself over and over again. You are correct that you can drink the water coming straight out of the RO but I will add that once it enters the DI resin you should not drink that water. I get this question a lot so I wanted to clarify as people read through the comments. Your water is hard at 1,200ppm that’s crazy. Glad to see other people harnessing the power of RO.
@@ronphillips7710 thank you. Work hard, treat your customers like gold, always arrive on time, put out great results and you will get there faster than you think.
One of best Van set up after watching over 2 dozens of RU-vid videos. Seems like you have everything you need in the Van to perform a job and nothing unnecessary.👍
Thank you. I took my van to get the brakes fixed and the guy in the bay said the van was built to go to war lol. It’s perfect for my needs. Thanks for watching
This is so amazing! I started a side business and would love to have a set up like this one day. If you ever have a van you don't want, I'll gladly take the donation ha ha you rock brother! Big inspiration!
Man wow 🤩 I gotta pull the trigger on a van like this been watching you for a while now. You’re the one who I first saw use that type of water system. So awesome
Could you maybe give a list for the R/O setup, I have the membrane housing, sediment, carbon filter and a booster pump, cr spotless, triple tds meter on standby coming in but having trouble which actual membrane to purchase for pressure washing
Awesome set up on both trailer and van. I just purchased a trailer and once spring hits will be building it out similar to this. Love the attention to detail, and the water filtration is genius. It’s risky doing mobile detailing in upstate NY with the harsh winters but i will figure it out. Thanks for sharing your video, very inspiring.
A fantastic Van setup, nicely done!! Can i ask you what is the function of the big tube in stainless steel and what is inside? I live in Belgium (Europe) and I'm going to make a spotless free car wash system for myself to wash my cars (no for business like yours). The incoming water is very hard in our region +300...Congrats, Aldo Gulisano
Man I dream about this video last night 🤦🏾♂️ I'm dead serious lol from the first tease when you start the bilt... man you always have some awesome setup love it man, wow sweet... I don't like it man I lovvvvve it 😍
Hahaha dude this made my day. No joke I fall asleep thinking about how I’m going to design stuff like this. Really appreciate the kind words. I love creating and designing beautiful/functional set ups.
@@SpotlessWaterGuy haha good it made your day. Man I like what you do and Tony yu guys 👌🏽 and same when I built my van I sleep wake think sleep wake.. my girlfriend asking me every night are you ok, why aren't you sleeping lol now the van finish i sleep like a baby 🤦🏾♂️ but keep them videos coming man setup so clean
Do you remember what water pump you have driving your spotless system? Right now I am using 2 r/o filters leading up to the dic20 d/i filters and have everything on a dolly. We just fill a 100 gallon tank with spotless before we leave for a job. And have a north star 7gpm pump to deliver spotless water. I do like your pump and using the customers water. Awesome setup man. Very functional. Very interested in your pump setup.
@@SpotlessWaterGuy 🤜🤛 I used to detail limousines when I was younger. I’ve thought about getting back into detailing and have been watching some videos of setups. Not sure if I will get into it but still find it entertaining to watch.
excellent video and good information. Thank you so much. I have a question, can the generator you have run the vacuum cleaner and the Power Wash at the same time?
@@SpotlessWaterGuy Yes, because I'm looking for one that can handle the vacuum cleaner and the air compressor at the same time, I'll try it. I'm thinking about building a van like the one you have and I'm thinking about putting one of your water systems in it. I'll talk to you later to agree
So did you build this out or did you end of getting Tony to do this one? Super clean as always. How much is something like this if I already have everything you have except van and interior walls.
Nice video , i have a similar setup in my Window cleaning Van in Germany. IMO a double 40/40 is the best because you dont need a booster pump.. ( Depends on the water pressure at the source- here is often good ) I have just subscribed to you . i am always eager to add other cleaning friends to my subscriber list . many thanks John´s Window cleaning Nuremberg
@@SpotlessWaterGuy To be honest i use it straight from the system straight to the brush head... Most definately it is something that needs to be experimented with and could actually be a big selling point or deciiding point .Put it this way if i had just 1 40/40 the flow would not be enough... having 2 is the smart move for a window cleaner because adding electrical cables and generators or finding sockets etc just creates stress and takes away the focus and dynamic of the job at hand because every house will be different...
@Fensterputzer Nürnberg Privathaushalt preispasst thank you. I figured it out after I asked the question lol. Wondering how I can diy a solution for me and mobile detailing on a budget. I'll figure something out
Amazing set up WOW 🤩 Quick question what model air compressor do you use for your tornador blow gun? And do you do set ups for others like yours? Thanks
Thanks man. I use the rigid 4.5 gallon compressor. I usually don’t build set ups for other people. If the price was right I might consider it. My time is just a bit stretched right now with my detailing business and water system business.
Hi Clay, that’s a great question. It can depend on a lot of different factors. Feel free to shoot me an email support@sudsandgo.com. Be happy to chat with you more about your question.
Can you share the schematics for this setup? I have the exact van! I have all of the equipment except the water filtration system. I aspire to have something like this.
@@gabrielambriz4780 Sorry man when I build stuff I dont create schematics I just build as if I’m playing Tetris. Sorry brother. You’ll love the van it’s been a great addition to our company
@@SpotlessWaterGuy would you be opposed to going over a couple of the details for the build? You used wood for the build? Or perhaps snapping a bunch of photos? So I can get better ideas and perspective?
Bro you’ve got to buy from seatcovers.com they’re based out of Canada shipping takes a little longer but you can’t beat their pricing. Quality is also superb. Sorry to hear about the coffee spill!
@@jaysmobileautodetail3792 Awesome! No it was pretty easy to do. Here’s an installation video you can watch. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-JHj-vXcbxgA.html
How many cars can you get done with that 50 gallon tank. How difficult is it to set up those pump systems. I wanted to do a gravity fed system but even then when the water level is really low I don't think it would work as good.
I use a lot of water when I clean. I can do 1 truck or 1.5 cars with 50 gallons. I use a Kranzle pressure washer which has a built in pump. It pulls water from the tank on its own.
@@SpotlessWaterGuy knowing that gives me a good baseline. I want to be able to do at least two cars without a refill just in case someone comes up to me while I'm doing the first car. I think a 100 gallon tank would be a good option for me.
I keep coming back watching this video because it is compact and by it being small it keeps beginners from buying too much stuff they might not need Yet. But it's one thing missing or at least I didn't see and I have never seen in any setup, a FIRE EXTINGUISHER. Please invest in that. There is a lot of potential for fire in these detail ING setups. Make sure it covers gasoline and chemicals. You may need two depending on how they handle different fire types. Loving your channel.
Love the new setup, Bryce! How are you liking the Desedario Plus? I've been very hesitant about getting one just because I can't find a lot of people using it.
Thanks man! I’ll tell you how I like it when I get it fixed :( I took a risk and bought a used one off eBay. I try to be thrifty when I can and this one got me. Good news is when I get it back it will be basically new. I’ll be posting videos as soon as I get it back! You’re right through there’s not a lot of info out there on the machine.
do you ever have any problem with the Kranzle 1322ts with the Predator 3500 generator? I was looking at the active 2.3 but they said it needs a min 5400 watt surge now I an rethinking my next buy.
@@chuck6499 no I haven’t had any issues with it. You can always convert a 30amp cord and run it into a box with 20amp outlets. This would help with added power consumption. Tony Ralda from Raldas details makes them.
Hey brother I typically don’t build set ups to sell but I do sell the water system. The system puts out approx 2 gallons a minutes. When you use it in conjunction with a water tank typically you are fine with a 4gpm pressure washer because the tank is constantly filling. If you want to jump on a call let me know. Would be happy to run through any other questions 👍
I don’t have many issue with that. I have a 4 way electrical outlet box that Ralda built for me. It’s cut back on alot of those tripping issues because it plugs into the 30amp outlet on the Generator. You should reach out to Tony and order one they are great.
@@SpotlessWaterGuy Yes, I’ve had that in the back of my mind and I think that would prevent further issues. Plus having things on a remote would help as well. Thanks for the response
Bim dia amigo....estou no Brasil, estou precisando ter acesso ou endereço de lojas para comprar os suportes e aparelhos para montar meu veículo para trabalhar..... estou precisando de sua ajuda
@@SpotlessWaterGuyI love diy things, I’ve been searching through your channel but haven’t seen a full start to finish setup/build video but I can get some ideas. Really just would need to know a few basics like what’s being used as your base, the kind of board you are using for your beautiful wall (I did hear the frp) and just really any tips you have. Love the setup, will be following you on your journey and if I get far into this, moving towards spot free as well.
Hey brother thank you for the compliment! Unfortunately I don’t build set ups for others. If you’re looking for something that looks amazing and efficient like my van then you need to reach out to Tony Ralda from Raldas Detail’s. He will hook you up.
@@SpotlessWaterGuy I just watched the video but I’m uncertain how you were able to pre-cut that back area for the FRP. what did you use to get the outline?
Thanks man. Appreciate your perspective. Ive found that first impressions are everything in this business. I’ve had people tell me they chose me over someone else because of how clean and organized I looked. You attract a higher end clientele looking like this and they do indeed pay alot more for services.
