I really love these type of motorsport series that go behind the scenes! Only one thing that would make it a bit better was a bit longer episodes around 20-25 minutes. Everything else is just perfect!
they used to do 20-20 minute episodes but i think funding got reduced or something of the sort so they just do 10-15 minute episodes. a shame really, they had the BEST rally episodes and seasons out there!
You probably haven't seen what launch control used to be. Right now I feel like I'm watching a long commercial of bits arranged in a corporate advertising arrangement. Launch control used to be about a story unfolding in every episode. But maybe people have such limited attention span and depth that a commercial is the best they can handle.
Once again, amazing videos blow my mind. Thank you so much, subaru, for behind the scenes. I was thinking you would put out cars' info on your channel or new cars coming to the market, but this .... this what car people LOVE to see, so thanks again, subaru, for make this show possible
Yeah BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Getting Closer. I'm losing my mind waiting for a new Launch Control Episode. Thank you for showing the details. VSC ftw!
Loving every episode. Wish they were a few minutes longer but I'll take what I can get. I think they should keep the camo livery as well, it looks so good on the car. Not that the final livery is bad, but there is something just epic about that camo wrap.
@@rhysbertrand8903 yes but every company uses some smeared looking wrap. I like how they used the star cluster as a part of it. No need to be smart about it
Ive been following, and watched subaru launch control since it's inception. and its almost 10 years from when it first aired...during that time i believe it was even better compared to red bull media...with these past few/new episodes the change is obvious with the omission of the narrator/ voice over actor (that would also drop nuggets here and there if youre paying attention). if you don't know what im talking about, get some popcorn and binge watch the old episodes. Replacing it with arrows and labels make the videos somewhat amateur and esp some of it are redundant, like "New Engine" ofcourse it will be installed with a new engine, another one was when they were painting the car "white" , yes we can see it's white. but im hopeful. and still looking forward to watching future episodes and hoping it will be as good or better as before!
Great episode well done team and the videograhper and editors, it definitely can be longer show us more of the assembly of the car 💯🤙👌 id watch 30 mins easily of the assembly proccess 👌🤙💯
Am I bugging or are they still using an EJ? When they were saying the turbo is located up behind the right head I got really confused. The FA already has a low mount turbo. Unless the FA24 is different from the FA20.
FA24 still puts the turbo down at the bottom front of the engine. And based on the valve covers that I saw, it seems like they're still using the EJ2X platform. Probably to save money on engine development and the FA will come next year? Never know what goes on in motorsport, but cost savings is a big one now, especially with trying to even the playing field!
"If nothing breaks, people assume you didn't push the envelope hard enough." Gonna tell this to my girl when my car breaks because I did something I shouldn't have been doing. "Sorry babe! I just wanted to make sure I was pushing the envelope hard enough!"
I went to your open house it was a great time! Until Subaru does a Halo Sports car I'm slowly loosing interest a Turbo Crosstrek an RS with a manual something Subaru please, Subaru has to listen.
Hopefully the next episode covers the official reason why they’re still using the 2 liter engine from the last gen car so people will stop nitpicking this car for not having an FA24.
I do not know who selects the "music" for these videos. But someone should fire them. These videos are some of the best content on youtube except for the aforementioned problem.
Taking away the areo parts is stupid they are the most interesting part and make the cars look mean. We are trying to grow the sport. I think this is a Wrong move by the A.r.a. same as the fia done they ruined a great car the 2017 to 21 wrc cars were brilliant
