Gender discrimination and bias is so embedded into our society that it cannot be broken without conscious, concerted efforts. This includes the language we use and assumptions we make. The time is now to stand up for what's right. The time is now to teach the next generation how to forge a gender equal world. The time is now to #BreakTheBias
