The woman on the swing represents his mom. One of his biggest burdens was not forgiving her and not talking to her before she died. But he said in an interview that he finally forgave her. And thats why he left some of his balloons (burdens) with her.

I know I'm a little late here just found you but as you mentioned the cage in the background which comes from his song Outcast he finally frees himself from that cage but only partially he takes a portable cage.. The cart.. With him, he hasn't completely freed himself just like he said he left his burdens behind but he brought a few with him... He's trying to get better with his mental state but even though he's improved it's still a work in progress. He still puts himself back in his cage (the cart) sometimes cuz that's his comfort zone

I'm a big NF fan and in this video. Where the lady is laying down, she is his mother. One of his burdens is his mothers death he feels heavy depression for that death. He is trying to find a way out of it so he doesn't do the same

Here for the NF journey ❤My son and I just saw NF in concert 🎶 September 2021 and we put up the concert in 2 parts 4K HDR, we can’t wait to see him again!
