You nailed this pretty much on the head she put her work first and in the end it cost her her family just so she could have success and he admired what everyone had and wanted it but didn't want to put the work in and now he's regretting never taking a chance. Great reaction and like one of the other comments said go back to his first song as nf all I have.
💥The rich woman and the low-wage man may be living in different environments but they are BOTH suffering from the same problem -- basically "selfishness", at least as I see it. She has everything, lives in an immaculately clean home, but she feels empty and unfulfilled. He has little, lives in a messy environment, and he feels empty and unfulfilled. He sees her as having the perfect life, yet they are both suffering with the same mental issues. Being "asleep" knows no socioeconomic or gender bounds. EVERYBODY goes through this either for their entire life or at some point in their life. Great reaction/thoughts as always, Jessica. I'm enjoying taking this NF journey with you. I love NF and the journey literally my number 1 rapper buuut what sucks about the journey is that it skips over some bangers man. The journey covers all of his story and they are amazing but do to it being personal and emotional many people see nf as repetitive but thats cuz the journey skips over some of his best songs... anywho hopefully you listen to his other stuff and it doesn't have to be reaction you can listen to them on your own and enjoy some of his other fire songs
Jessica is taking the NF "journey" starting with the Mansion album. When you take Nate's music from the beginning, you get a much clearer picture because so many of his songs tie back to previous songs. Unless you lay the foundation for his music, a person can be confused as to the real meaning of his songs. Jessica started with When I Grow Up and The Search, then decided to go back and start at the beginning with Intro on the Mansion album.
Do Notepad by NF, and right after u do that one you can move on to the album Therapy session. And the first song you should do in that album is Therapy Session and make sure it’s the video and not lyrics, trust me you will thank me later through nf’s journey.

Hey Jess, after checking a number of ur reaction vids now, your body language gets quite pumped up, but ur voice seems so chilled etc, on another note, maybe check NF Oh Lord, he didn’t do an official video to my knowledge, but there’s some good lyrical versions out there, and I did a cover version, but only posted it on my Instagram, cos it weren’t a pro mix/version, peace.....
