I feel like NF wrote "Why" based off of these types of shows. Where no one knows his songs except "Let You Down" "They don't invite me to the parties but I still arrive Kick down the door and then I go inside Give off that "I do not belong here" vibe" "Let You Down's the only song you've heard of? Well then you're behind" People don't ACTUally know him.

Especially at the end of LYD. Some of the people weren't even singing the chorus right. They weren't singing "I'm sorry. " They were just singing the chorus again. I never felt so uneasy lol

Katlego Sekoele out of all artist I know or actually any artist at all in my opinion, I think small shows these days are better because all the fans are always just so into it! Now being at big shows like this or any other music award show or something big for music artist to where they perform on tv is a big step in thier career. BUT, honestly when it comes to actually being hyped up and excited, Small shows in my opinion is just the best these days. Cause most the time these days in my opinion at big shows live on tv or internet or something the crowd is like always dead . I just hate dead crowds like if I were to perform my own music on stage I want everyone in the room to be loud and proud and have fun and even sing / rap along the lyrics to my track! Exactly. I've been to many concerts and I loved most of them, but I saw Nate live for the first time in April and I'm still speechless. He played in my hometown in a 400 people venue and holy crap, that was by far the most intense and amazing concert I've been to. Not even the crowd at my ACDC concert in front of 80.000 people was that intense.
It was such an honor to see him perform, people surrounded me staring at me because i knew all the lyrics and the fact that they all started screaming for "Let you down" is disappointing he needs more recognition, such a talented soul.
Bro If I was here I would start screaming and yelling the lyrics. I don’t care if people stare at me or shut me down. The least thing these people could do was at least cheer for him even if they don’t sing along and yet they didn’t even appreciated it and just chatted as he performs. So disappointing.

He definitely looks so scared up there. Like in concerts where its his fans and he knows its his fans he’s a lot more excited and hype and he doesn’t lip sync as much. He was preforming in front of waaayyy more ppl and most werent fans of his. He was definitely nervous but he pulled through
I was there in the upper portion of the arena and it broke my heart how let you down was the only song some people knew. He’s so talented and many people didn’t even know how to sing the end of let you down when he asked. And I’m pretty sure in the beginning you can hear me and my friends yelling out his name 😂
Oh I feel so bad. Nobody knew the words to Lie or Let You Down! It must’ve been so awkward for him saying for them to sing it with them and than nothing. At 8:45 his anxiety levels were probably through the roof. I feel so bad why is this crowd so dead! They have real music standing in front of them and they do nothing! #REALMUSICTILLTHEDAYWEDIE

Well.....that was awkward. Poor Nate. He seemed hella nervous. But i think as he starts to do more big performances he will get more confident. He is too damn good not to be more confident but i understand how performing at Wango Tango for the first time could be intimidating. Especially when people dont know who he is.....YET! Cause they will! Keep rockin NF!!!
He has performed at numerous large festival such as Alive festival in 2016. At which everyone ran from the stage area up a massive hill to his signing booth. Wango Tango is about the same size as Alive. The problem is the type of audience and were his exposure is.
NF is extremely talented! I have listened to all his music and i can't say one thing bad about them. He is great the real deal n can blow a lot of this so called rappers away with his lyrical talent!!! Now a days garbage prevails over real talent!!! Kudos to him!!! #RealTalent
Exo - L Army yeah i went to his concert when he came to dallas. For perception tour. The crowd was nothing like that video. Like it was LIT Af. EVERYBODY knew the words. He even said at the end that this was one if the best crowds fans and concert he had so far

I’ve loved Nate for years and I’m freaking rooting for the whole world to know this man’s music because it’s powerful and God could bring even more healing to more people through it.
I'm really thinking about going to see him live. I'm actually (a young) 50 yr old. I just discovered his music and I love it. I'm just thinking I will be out of place because I could probably be 90% of the audience's mom! I haven't decided if I care yet. His music is mind blowing.
I wish that even if people didn’t know the lyrics that well that they would at least show some movement and bop their head or dance a little. What’s the point of going to a concert with multiple artists performing if you can’t support them all in some way. I love Nate man
This isn't really his scene honestly, his music is for the hurting and broken not these soft spoiled rich daddy's girl that haven't been through anything more than a high school break up. Kids like this make me sick, so pampered and unprepared for life!
Watching this again 2020 and can see why Nate said doing this performance made him have so much anxiety. But I give him so much credit for being able to do it even though that crowd didn't deserve him at all.
He looked and sounded like he was about to lose it and have an emotional breakdown. That crowd was so disappointing I felt so bad for him I wish I was there to cheer him on
Ya'll can't blame them for not knowing the words. He's just blowing up in to more mainstream arenas. They cheered loud before and after songs, so they were not exactly dead. Guaranteed a lot of them went and got his album after this.
I love that he's on big stages but I wish he wasn't on an iheart radio stage...their crowds are always dead and NF deserves better but at least theyre fans
