Been listening to johnny mac, geoff and adam since 2016. Very grateful for the insight over the years. Its allowed me to enjoy being a fan more. Good work guys. Thank you!
Incredible show and series! Great content and objective opinions. Don't think it's negative, just legitimate questions. Can't wait for this years camp, it's going to be so exciting! Greg has so much knowledge!
Not surprised Greg said Trotter’s tape was better than Deans because when i watched Trotter play in College his instincts were sooo good and usually in the right position too to make plays and when i watched Dean he made plays but sometimes he was out of position at times
Wow, Greg saying Trotter's college tape was better than Dean. It's not something I expected to hear. But he's forgotten more about football than any of us will ever know. The LB battle will be fun.
Dean was a product of his environment he was playing behind one of the most dominant defensive lines in college football history. Trotter was just a baller.
Thanks men. Your thoughts on having Hurts under center with a pro set backfield? I'm thinking with two and possibly three running backs that are good receivers Moore could shift /put in motion one of them.
I’m just here to say that saquan I feel with a proven offensive line coached from stoutland will smash his yards per carry from his rookie year in the league. I hope he gets atleast twenty touches the first 6games of the season! Then bring it down too 12/15 touches… he will shock a lot of people but not me at all!!!! LFG fly eagles 🦅 flyyy
On the comment about Josh Sweat falling off… I feel like that applied to the entire defense with the defensive scheme being so horrible. One thing that’s not mentioned enough in breakdowns of last year, is the total collapse across the board in defensive numbers… To me that doesn’t speak to the players as much as it speaks to the horrendous coaching, that was obviously addressed. But it’s just frustrating to hear, over and over, these individual performances called out when they were obviously put in positions to fail. I see it brought up over and over again, but I never see these seasoned analysts apply the fact that the players were put in terrible positions to succeed all year. I don’t believe that JoshSweat is the opposite of what he was in 2022. But when I hear seasoned analyst talk about their performance while not bringing up the obvious fact that they were not put in the position to succeed, it really bothers me. I mean, make a cake if you’re adding baking soda should be baking. I see a lot wrong ingredient added last year was the worst I’ve seen chip Kelley
We mentioned a ton about how Patricia changed some things after he took over (go back to most of the shows after he took over). Too much free lancing, which you can point at the coaches on that one (which we discussed months ago).
I was told for better or worse… that it was difficult to grade Saquon in pass protection because the giants O line was so bad the tape was very muddy. Many plays its difficult to tell whos responsibility was where….Whether thats the reality of it I dont know
Unfortunately for us that Howie is going to handle the Nakobe Dean situation the way he handled the J JAW situation. Too proud to admit to an underwhelming pick because he was very high on them both. Hopefully we’re all wrong about Dean
Lane's replacement needs to be found. Whether it's Beckton in 2 years or someone we draft in 2025 or 2026. I believe Lane will retire when his contract is up in 2 years.
