Great stuff man, well scripted ending ;) 2 suggestions. The "have to score twice" should apply to both teams in the game when that power up is in play to balance it a bit. Massively nerfs it but it's way OP. And I've said it before but you should replace the direction arrow with a spinner of the states on the borders as the arrow is pretty arbitrary.

Entertaining videos as always! Random thought for another video: Alternate Universe Imperialism. Teams start in different states.

Make a college football 25 imperialism and add a power up called “We got to pump it up” where home field advantage is on for that team ( it would be normally off). Also add (for all imperialisms) a power up called “ Gunner” which allows a team to attack twice in one turn. Final power up idea is called “ revive” similar to Afterlife, but when the team lands on that power up, a wheel is spun to see ( when they lose a game) who will be eliminated instead of the team who gets the power up but this can only happen once.

Idea for you: a version of imperialism where territories conquered through either expansion or gameplay are eligible to be challenged once after they are won, with whoever wins the challenge getting that territory and locking it as part of their own. The losing team is eliminated from the map only if they challenge and lose a game for a conquered territory. Example: the Saints have expanded to Arkansas. On the Chiefs' next turn, the arrow points them south to Arkansas. If they beat the Saints in that game, they lock up Arkansas as part of their territory, but the Saints remain in Louisiana. If they lose, they are eliminated from the map, locking up Arkansas as part of the Saints' territory but leaving Missouri vulnerable to a subsequent challenge. --- Another idea: have all free agent players compete as a 33rd franchise in one of the unoccupied territories at the beginning of the game. They cannot be selected to take a turn, but they can play games, and if they win, they expand their territory and take the two best players from the team that lost to them. If they lose, they lose their two best players and move to a different randomly selected unoccupied state. They can only add players to their roster from teams they eliminated, leaving a second free agent pool of players from eliminated teams for other expanding teams or teams exercising powerups to take from. --- Third idea: To avoid situations where the same team keeps getting selected, until there are four teams left, every time a team expands (or, if they have an extra life, plays a game and loses), that team cannot be involved in another game or expansion for the next three turns. This might be a little hard to keep track of, but I'm sure you've done much more complicated things than that.

Here’s an idea: Team Imperialism. Wheel at beginning decides teammates, and when they attack, attacking team attacks the team they decided to attack and their teammates play. Teammates score is combined and whoever was more points wins.

Can we talk about how the AFC East was doing so good in this imperialism and then broke down in the top 4 where the Seahawks ultimately outlasted the Bills, Dolphins, and Patriots

The point system actually hurts the Buccs and Jags disproportionately, since they're trapped in only being able to play a game first time they spin, and they lose way more and don't have a chance to buffer their points with expansions. Since the Dolphins have been significantly better than the other Florida teams, the point system actually inflates their points, since they have to win at least one, often two games just to get out of the state. Obviously, winning an imperialism also helps, but feels bad for the other two Florida teams.

If you do this particular variant of Imperalism again, I think that you should definitely nerf the Insurance powerup a bit. You could make it something like this: if the opponent scores first and then the team with Insurance scores right after, the Insurance team does not automatically win right there; instead, it goes into sudden death where the next team to score wins. So the opponent still always needs to score twice to win, but the Insurance team also has to score twice if their opponent scores first.

About time we win something in these videos

Spoiler below A better balanced "Insurance" power up would be "If this team does not start with the ball, they cannot lose on the opponent's first possession" or "They cannot lose on their opponent's first possession." That pick-6 against the Patriots should've been the end of them.
