Every team should play a 17th game internationally, with a 9/10 day break before a weekday game, then 9/10 day break before a Sunday game. Then another bye week at a different spot in the year. You cut 2 preseason games to make up for it. No team has to give up a home game in that scenario.

Would love to see a NFL game being played in Japan, again. That 1976 game was what introduced American football to Japan...also, first ever international game to be played outside North America!

I was at Wembley in 1991(I think) to see the Cowboys play the Bills, featuring Judd Garrett(Jason's brother) who was a star in the inaugural World League(WLAF) for the London Monarchs. I was also at Wembley in 2009, to see the Patriots beat the Buccaneers.

I’ve never understood why the pro bowl is never played in London. It’s perfect. There are many different fans of many different teams in Europe so getting a chance to bring the best of the best from around the league to play and mingle with fans sounds like the best way to reach audiences. Plus everyone loves a trophy ceremony

The problem is what time to do it (to suit audiences in the United States because of the incredible time difference) & whether to play it at the start of the NFL season. In 1994, Estadio Azteca hosted a preseason game between the Houston Oilers and Dallas Cowboys which still holds the record for the highest attendance at any NFL game, with 112,376 in attendance. Pretty big miss if you're tslking about the evolution of NFL international games. Makes you think which other games did you left out.

In 2003 the New York jets and Tampa bay Buccaneers had a pre season game at the Tokyo dome. Also their was the Toronto buffalo series.

Why not give Germany a game? They have a huge NFL following over there. A Super Bowl in London is a silly idea though, unless they changed the normal kickoff time, it would finish about 3:30 am local time.

I really don't agree with London games being solely contributed to British fans... I've been to games in London EIGHT times now and most people around us weren't British. I'm German, but we had Austrians, people from the Czech Republik, Poland, France,... around us. It's the only reasonable way for EUROPEANS to watch an NFL game. That part of London being a Eutopean hub that is easy and fairly cheap to get to is grossly overlooked by the NFL!

Germany has its own American football league. It makes sense to play games in Germany, because it will grow the game.
