Tastyquicksand Absolutely right. They're doing the same thing with soccer in Europe now. Barcelona gets to play in the USA, Italian teams played a cup match in Asia. It's ridiculous. If you want to see a team play, go visit them. Thats part of the whole experience. I dont want to watch OKC in London, if I wanted to watch OKC live I want the roudy Oklahoma crowd around me for instance. And it also feels like you have to share "your" team, your hometown team, with people that have 0 affiliation with that team because they aren't from that area. I mean of course it's okay to support a team from another country/part of the world, but for the people who grew up with that team since they were little, its sour. What about Girona fans. They get to play the big Barcelona and now all of a sudden they have to go to the USA? I would be so pissed. And the NFL is even worse because it's only 16 games, y'all should riot.

Man you should be lucky to see the Pats in person. Honestly, I would send the worst game of the season to London each and every time. Taking a high stakes football game away from their own crowd would be disrespectful, they only get to see their team play 8 times at home if they're not making the playoffs, taking one away is already too much if you ask me, but I guess it's tradition now.

I can at least say I went to a 49ers game when they still played in the now abandoned Candlestick Park, but I've never seen the Patriots in person. You should think before you speak sir.

Tastyquicksand At least your Bucs best my Raiders in the Super Bowl. But I do remember something else no one ever talks about between the Bucs and Raiders. The last game Gruden coached for Tampa, the Raiders came to town and somehow beat them and that caused the Bucs to barely miss the playoffs back in 2008 and Gruden got fired. It took 6 years, but pay backs a bitch Gruden for beating my team in the Super Bowl. Lol! But I digress. I hope Gruden does well for Oakland, but so far it isn't looking so good this year.
