2022 - Lets get real, Brock Purdy did not have a "1st year" as a started he started FIVE games in 2022, not 17. Last season was his first season as the starter. I hold Purdy, Stroud and Love(even though he has been around a LOT longer than Purdy) it was his first year as THE starter. So, lets be a little consistent. NONE of them are in the top 10. . If you had a draft FOR ONLY THIS season, and all things were equal(contracts) and each team got to chose(just like the draft) who their starting QB would be for THIS SEASON ONLY. I highly doubt any of those guys would go in the top 10, probably not top 15
OK, I can live with that list except Josh Allen. I don’t think he had a better year than Purdy did. He threw for more yards but less TDs, more interceptions and his QBR is less. I’m not sure I agree with this new “he played great two years ago so maybe next year he’ll be better” analogy. Seems more like fantasy football than NFL. Purdy should be three, maybe four. No one else has the stats he does.
Stafford at 16 is a joke, this is the worst quarterback ranking I’ve ever seen, Stafford should be 6 or 7 , who ever made this list knows nothing about football 😂
