Maybe we can also suck enough to fire cheerleader coach Pierce and get someone who knows how to call plays like Ben Johnson (that would help you out, get an elite coach out of your division lol).
@@fumpr84 I honestly think Vrable would be a good culture fit for you guys. So long as he brings in some high end OC talent. And yeah, I think Sanders would also be a personality fit out there in Vegas. While Pierce did earn the chance, I do think he's a bit over his head in the position. He needs a few more years to marinate before he's really ready to be a HC. I honestly think he should go back to simply trying to be the best DC in the league. That's absolutely a goal he can hit. Then try again as HC
@@THG-3141 Pierces struggles are a perfect example of why the Raiders made the right move not making Bisaccia the permanent HC a few years back, being the interim for a few games does not mean they should be the permanent or that they are qualified to be. I think anyone would have gotten better results than McDaniels did, that isn't a big achievement. Mark Davis should have nothing to do with football decisions. Every one he's made has sucked. You got Brady as minority owner, pick his brain. I'm fine with the GM for now as he seems to have done great on his first draft so far (though the free agency decisions like Minshew and not addressing RB or keeping our mediocre C look bad). But there needs to be a better HC and OC, we hired an OC that literally no one wanted, yeah Kingsbury bailed last second but you're telling me Getsy was the best available? It was a panic move by Pierce, and he has shown to be an awful in-game coach, despite having veteran coaches like Marvin Lewis at his side he still can't manage a clock and always chooses the most cowardly option. Definitely not HC material at this time. Vrabel not a bad choice, he got screwed in part by a shit GM who got him absolutely nothing for three straight drafts and offseasons when they had a window to compete.
