Most of the time hes just having fun too. Hes always saying it when hes mic'd up. Nobody takes him seriously and so many guys have respect for him. Hes just a kid out there having a good time. Nothing wrong with that.
Dude never had that killer instinct on the big games. You can blame everyone else as usual, but rivers always choked when he needed to step up the most. I'm glad chargers moved on from him it was long overdue.
Really did u not watch him comeback vs chiefs or Steelers. Also in the biggest game of his career he played with a torn acl. He played for a bad organization with no home field.
@@daeganpatterson9630 wow a comeback against the chiefs! He was beat by the chiefs 10 times before that. Against the steelers refs helped win that. He use to have a home field in the SD days. He still couldn't win shit. If Brees still would've been with the chargers they would've had at least 1-2 rings.
@@maelxmusic1613 more fans in 2 rows than a entire chargers game has. Lol but in all seriousness Phillips is fun to watch and I'm glad we get to watch him for another year
All I can say to you Phillip is thank you for all of the great memories you've given us over the years. The sacrifice, devotion, loyalty, and especially the man of faith you have shown to world in life! Bolt 4 life #17!! Much respect brother ⚡⚡
Phillip loves football!!! Phillip has so much heart, GREAT QB, GREAT man, GREAT human being. Man of God & Faith, hope and pray I meet him someday. God bless you ALWAYS Phillip Rivers!🙏🏈 #BOLTFANFORLIFE🏈
I love you Phillip Rivers your 1 of the greatest 2ever do it. Thankyou 4all the memories growing up n San Diego being a Chargers fan! Thanks again rivers love you man
I cant believe there are charger fans that do not like Philip. Alot of the pics he threw last season wasn't just all him. Look at the team as a whole, offensive line wasn't healthy, there was drama going on with the running back situation. Defense was hurt and not getting near the amount of take aways it did year prior. Our offensive coordinator was let go mid way through the season. The team seemed to be always playing from behind, just a mess. Whoever our QB is next season, watch, when he cant make the throws that Rivers could you will see.
Thank you Philip rivers for all the good memories I was a season ticket holder in San Diego sucks u didn’t win a super bowl but you had a heck of a career good luck to you wherever u go I’ll b rooting for you still u definitely hall of fame worthy fuck the doubters and haters! #ElCapitan #SanDiegoChargerForever
Rivers is a future hall of famer and i'm happy he was a Charger!!But can't wait to see what QB leads the Chargers to the Super Bowl and we become Super Bowl 55 Champs!!!!!
I love Rivers, the fire in his play and personality is unmatched. I was a San Diego fan simply because of him and now I’m an Indy fan. It’s going to be great to watch him get his well deserved Super Bowl ring..
Don’t get my hopes up. Although I think we seriously compete this year. Welcome to the Colts. You’re here for life now though no changing teams again 😄
Spencer Jones: I need a team and I’m not really a 49ers fan which is the closest to me so I’ll start rooting for the colts. I think Phil has 4 more solid years until he retires. He’s 38 which means he’ll retire when he’s 42 or keep going like Tom Brady who’s about to be 43.
Damn thanks for the passion, the 2nd best regular season consecutive games played in a row in history (toughness), the competitiveness, 25 for 25 completions in a game. Could keep going on and on. Thanks and will always wish you the best #17.
So excited to have Phil as our QB in Indy. For the sake of him, fellow Colts fans and Chargers fans, I hope this year is his year. Just gotta give him a number 2 wideout
The knowledge this man has on the game! I can not imagine the knowledge Rivers could've bestowed upon Herbert. God, I wish he could've mentored him at least for 2 years!
Been a Bolts fan since I was 12yrs old (1992). I know older players get pushed out eventually but this one hurts. Our O-line was broken (ranked 29th in league), why not give a QB who gave you EVERYTHING another crack with a rebuilt line? We could still draft his successor, and say Rivers came out the gate lookin bad, then bring in the rookie & we all know for sure it’s time. Now I am prayin he goes to TB or Carolina as both those teams play the Chargers next year. I may return to being a Bolts fan, but for now I’m rolling with whatever team Rivs is on.
it's about the San Diego sports curse. Players get too soft living in paradise and fans don't give a shit! I am a SD native living in the NW for over 30 years. Will always bleed powder blue and gold but my son is a rabid Twelve Seahawks fan. Love what Russell and Pete Carroll bring every year.
