Between water weight, and muscle weighing more than fat, you should be good to go to keep it up. Better yet get on Steroids and you can roid rage on all of those nerdy analytic guys and their stupid numbers!!

Forget about 30 lbs in 30 days. Start with having your last meal by 8pm. Then when you adjust, move back to 7. When you adjust to that, try out 6pm. After you start to feel better, as you said more than once as a goal, then start tweaking marcos to help drop body fat. Don't try and convince yourself that training harder will help. It will only stress you out more. Not sure what type diabetic you are, but type 2 is completely reversible. Your research on health should be just as important as this thing we're doing here.Cheers!

Was literally his entire game. He was amazing at it, but yeah, I agree. He still does have the deep ball in his bag though, might be enough to get Pickens and another late rounder to hit value still potentially, we shall see.

Whenever I have even the slightest inkling of sliding back into any non-healthy behavior, all I have to do is think of my motivation in staying healthy and positive in life. That motivation is to be here for a very long time for my son. That always does it for me.
