It’s high school football what do you expect. It’s not realistic for every school to recruit a full roster of players it’s not college. So yes you are right some of the kids maybe only played a couple years but that’s what the classes are for. A class D 5 star is not gonna look as good as a class AA 5 star to coaches. But most kids who are that good end up transferring to a better school anyway. And the league he is in seems to be decent. Not like he’s playing bums. Whole Venice team was good and he single handedly kept them in the game.

@@rated-r84gg2 I had 0 stars …I run 4.32 180lbs vert 37.5 and don’t get me started on my maxes … that star shit don’t weed nothing out but the kids who aren’t financially able to get to the camps to even get ranked ..

@@Marcusl3wis I was at a 6AAAAAA school . We played Heard county the year they had all 5 stars as they’re secondary defense and just won the 4A state title the previous year. I ran 187 yards and 2 touchdowns on them . With a undersized online . The stars are bogus asl 💯

@@1stDownBROWN that just means you are better than you got credit for king. You probably could ball. I do agree there are a lot of politics that go into it though. It’s pretty much all on the coaches they be padding stats and all type of stuff for certain kids. There are tons of kids who are genuinely good at football but won’t ever get a chance because they don’t know the right people. I had 20+ touchdowns and 2, 1200+ yard seasons in two years of varsity and had 0 stars. There were kids two classes below me with 3 stars and less stats, Because there coaches/fathers contacted people and put them out there a lot more. Going to camps and all that shit to get your name out there is actually very important and I didn’t know. Places like Florida and Texas are football states so they already have eyes on them just because they play a high level of football. If you live anywhere else you really gotta put yourself out there. Shit Antonio brown was in 6A as well was balling out and had no stars in high school perfect example. I like talking football my bad for the paragraph
