At age 40, Tom Brady shows no signs of slowing down in a game dominated by younger players. When my son first got into sports as a kid I went to the local library and read many books on the subject of fitness and development . What impressed me was a study back in the 1970's that said the biggest advancement was by the group tested who combined flexibility and strength. The least gains were by the group who only did strength training. . When he got to HS the trainer there paid her own way to a college seminar and solved the injury problems at the school with more flexibility along with the strength training they had been doing. Girls are looser jointed than boys and need more strength to avoid all the joint injuries they suffer. Important at all phases of Sports. TB has really taken this to a new level. IMO

I can not wait to read your book. I have had your elbow injury on both of my arms that's coming from an OSU Alumnus. Keep informing the public on small things they can do in their daily lives to improve their health. Tom Brady I wish you the best this year! I am glad that I have been around to see you play! Aging stiffens muscle tissue and adapting to that inevitable change is essential to long-term fitness. I am now 60, running 30-40k a week and feel great, but always take care to maintain flexibility by stretching - and plenty of water. Brady is aging and sharing good knowledge - even though I hate the Pats, I do admire this fellow California boy.

Tom Brady has more sense that the average sport doctors. The majority of doctors have very little training and expertise on nutrition; they are taught that pills and more and more surgeries are the best thing to heal the body. Pure nonsense. Mr. Brady you are on the right track. Keep it up, Tom.

Yea, the score was 17 to 7 Pats at halftime in the AFC Championship game vs. the Colts. After the refs aired up the footballs, the Pats DESTROYED the Colts 28 to nothing in the second half with 'properly inflated' footballs. The refs should've re-deflated the footballs so that the Colts could at least score one more touchdown.
