Nah man you can’t make excuses for that. Hernandez woulda found trouble no matter where he went. He found trouble in Connecticut growing up, he found trouble at Florida, and found trouble in Massachusetts. It was just the cloth he was cut from. Very unfortunate but it’s that simple

Trading him to a west coast team wouldn't have changed much if anything for 2 reasons. 1. His problems began as a kid and hanging around with bad people, then he went to play college ball at Miami and he was still getting in trouble. He moved from the north to the south and couldn't get away from his problems, so going from east to west probably wouldn't help either. 2. A lot of his problems were mental issues. You can't run away from those issues. Your brain goes wherever you do.

Almost sounds like an attempt to blame Bill..... Give me a break. They just paid an ADULT a bag of money to play a game. Just 2 days after getting that bag of money, he killed two guys. That's why he wanted out of the area, he wasn't fearing for his life, he was fearing getting busted. It's Aaron's fault and NOBODY else's.
@mikebeech942
@mikebeech942 5 месяцев назад
Want to know why bill put up with him? He would have went down as the most diverse, talented, and overall all tight end to play the game. Kelce and gronk wouldn’t even be near his level if this guy got his act together. I’m not saying it’s right but it is what it is. New England was starting to realize his talent and they had him all over the place even playing running back. The pass protection that was available in that formation was insane, and not to mention he could run the ball. Overall guy had issues shouldn’t have been coddled, but he was.

@NotaThing13
@NotaThing13 6 месяцев назад
So he requests a trade to a west coast team and is denied by Bill. Bill offered Hernandez security and Hernandez denied. What if he just said yes and had buff staff members follow him around? Would he have killed someone? The Dynasty wants to put the blame on Bill and acted like if he was traded to Seattle, he would have not got into bad groups. We don’t know what would have happened. Bill has 1 loyalty, the same as every coach, and it’s to winning. He’s only loyal to winning. They get fired if they don’t win. So yeah, a coach prioritized winning, who would have thought. Let’s say hypothetically Hernandez was on the Seahawks and turns his life around. maybe their 2014 Super Bowl match he makes a difference to edge out the Patriots. Bill would look like a fool. He’s not a fool. He’s a winner. He’s painted as the bad guy for winning and doing everything to win and we already knew that’s how he operates.
@nybirdman
@nybirdman 6 месяцев назад
Bruh, you dead on. Belichek was told by Urban Meyer “don’t let him go home”. It was well known that Aaron hung with thugs from his hometown. Whatever he did in New England (close to home) he would’ve done later if he was far away. The kid was already gone mentally, way before New England. Way before U of Florida.

Lets also not forget the only reason Brady continued starting when Bledsoe came back from injury was cuz Belichick believed in him. But he gets no credit for that.
