Need For Speed Payback abandoned Most Wanted BMW M3 GTR location and police pursuit with MW2005's Pursuit Theme. Seeing that my Highway Heist video where I swapped the Regera with the M3 GTR got over 1 million views, so I made another one showcasing the abandoned car police chase.

I already did a performance review of the BMW M3 E46 here:

It's practically the same car. The abandoned version is just a skin, nothing more. Back then when I made the review, I got so much shit on how my review is irrelevant because the abandoned version is the real M3 GTR. The files clearly shows it's just a skin, nothing else and I'm shocked how many believed that from just buzzwords from EA's marketing.

well, this M3 is my absolute favorite in all the NFS games. What made it so iconic for me? the fact, that you started MW and Carbon with it, not able to play the entire game with it. In MW you can get it back at the end of the game, in Carbon it is only available in quickplay after getting threw some nasty challenges... Its Absolute iconic, but hard to get hand on...

The only reason people maybe didn't find them hard is because they were using the repair station a million times over and over remove that and they will bust you almost evertime.

Also there is no free cops, only activated by bait crates or these type events (which Ghost stopped adding them) but it`s funny if you want to end the pursuit you need to go to the destination not like older NFS when you need to find a hide spot or save house to end the pursuit.

Puh-leez. Remember that the GTR is based on the M3 E46 body. Even if you don't get the correct engine sound, having it as a body kit option rather than a totally separate car makes more sense from a game design standpoint. There`s no reason to have 2 cars that look nearly identical. (And yes, before you ask, I am aware the same cannot be said for the 911 Carerra S and the 911 GT3. Still, they took out the 2015 Nissan GTR and reduced it to a body kit on the 2017 model.)

1. The police are programmed to be fast as your car (annoying thing) 2. This is the same M3 GTR version when you played first time on NFSMW 2005 and it was very slow Imho cmiiw

We finally got this bad boy back. It just sucks that the V8 + Supercharger + Straight Cut Gears got replaced with the default 3L in-line 6 engine that normal BMW M3s have. Also if you look closely at the interior, it no longer has the red Recaro seat, the stripped interior, roll cage, fire extinguisher where the front passenger seat used to be, nitrous canisters where the rear seats were, the racing steering wheel, and the manual transmission. Now it's all what you would see by default on Autotrader or what not and the transmission is now the SMG.
