David Del Llano actually he meant to spell it like ricer. a ricer is someone who uses Race Inspired Cosmetic Enhancements, or better known as RICE. In other words, the car looks fast, but it’s either stock or completely slow.
Jess Miller and Natalia Nova both live in my mind rent free. And what's crazier is that I've found out Jess' VA is now on Bridgerton whereas Natalia's was on Xenoblade Chronicles
I only tried Offroad and Runner and both have horrible handling for me. The Runner version just doesn't want to drift properly. I can't imagine how the Race version could be even worse, lol.
Race version is actually amazing ! That’s what I used for most of the races I do online and it holds its own with the higher end cars , 399 evo with outlaw parts is just OP
+劉崧涵 Are you starting with your rude comments again? People don't remember every small thing that they read over a month ago. You should have simply commented "MSWGR reviewed the Race version in one of his videos". And my comment still stands either way. I can't imagine how the Race version could be even worse than how the Runner version is for me. I would describe the Runner version like MSWGR described the Race version.
I did, but it's possible that their driving style differs. I know these 2 youtubers race really well and I'm just wondering for his opinion as I have both Runner and Race spec and I love the runner spec way more for some reason.
I fell in love with Lancers since Tommi Mäkinen was behind the wheel of evo6 in WRC. So at least I had to make an offroad tribute for this guy. I say you are really kind when calling it awful.
Wonder why Mac and Jess are jealous of Tyler racing with Gallo Rivera? And I can't believe Udo knows Tyler and Jess easily, but how come Tyler and Jess doesn't know him?
Yo I got a quick question. How is the racing esport community and what games are there to compete on/what platforms aswell? Is it also an esport where you can live off it or just a hobby? I know about the GT academy, but besides that I’m pretty clueless.
Unfortunately esports in racing games is almost nonexistent these days. There are very few events and almost nobody will win something. It's definitely just a hobby. There is also not really a community. Most people who play racing games are casual players who don't care at all about competitive play. There is something called Esports WRC in the WRC games (on every platform). In the last two years the champion won a real car but rank 4 already got nothing, so the chance to win something was very small. The new season will start in 9 days in the game WRC 7. There are also some cups in Project Cars 2 here: play.eslgaming.com/projectcars/ That game is only good with a steering wheel though. In arcade racing games there is unfortunately nothing at all right now. It used to be different. For example between 2004 and 2008 there were world champions in Need for Speed. But these days there is nothing.
Thanks for the reply dude! I've talked to someone in the racing scene aswell and I think I'm gonna try Project Cars 2 out. Not too big of a fan of WRC to consider trying that out. Don't have a steering wheel yet, but gonna try with a dualshock 4 first to see if I can compete at somewhat close level before buying one
You mean the PS4 gamepad? I doubt that Project Cars 2 will be very enjoyable with that but you can give it a try. Personally I would definitely recommend GT Sport over Project Cars 2 though.
There are regular competitions in the game itself. Right now it's just "test seasons" without prizes but Project Cars 2 barely has prizes so far either. It's hard to predict which game will offer more interesting events in the future but in terms of the gameplay I like GT Sport a lot more. That game is also playable with gamepad.
