All stage-4 M3 E92 is notoriously still a very weak car in the original game. I've modified it via NFS VLT-Ed to give it some much needed improvements to its overall capabilities, and it truly shows. Ray Krieger and his own M3 also got a lot of improvements - sadly, it turns out they were not enough.
I won't share the mods I'm running publicly - not because they're private or forbidden, but because I can't remember which other mods I installed and modified for myself, so I can't credit the other creators.
