If I could advise this guy,I would tell him not to leave the Devine collection job since it's a sure bet permanent job, he'll have a salary,be dressed and pay him a house, that's incredible. At the same time he should accept other partnership and support like that of Jane,then he can have mtumba shop(s) at kisumu or rather here in Nairobi since Divine is in Nairobi,then he can employ someone (he can also be an employer) to run it for him,then he can just be supervising his shop at the end of the day since it will be possible.
