Thank you for the question. OK, I can but its because I am an Authorized Dealer through them. Submitted paperwork and was vetted. Non-Authorized people can mail them in. You must join, become a member, then mail in. I actually go twice a month in person to drop-off and pick-up. Thank you again...

Thank you for checking out my video. Yes, it was in a holder that was stored in a place where it was flooded. The holder was discolored and label too. This person has brought a pile of coins like that and we bought them. These she wanted to try new holders. Hopefully we can buy these as well. We will see. Thank you again...
