#NGSHeadline Since you're bringing back Omega Masquerade from PSO2 based on the silhouette we saw on the new roadmap, can you also bring back older bosses from other Phantasy Star games like Olga Flow from PSO1 & Orga Spiritos/Orga Angelus from Phantasy Star Portable 2 as examples to NGS? It feel that it would be really cool for old & new players to be able to fight remastered older Phantasy Star bosses within NGS's combat style. It would also be nice if you could even include the unique boss rooms, as well as their own boss themes, for each of the bosses from past Phantasy Star games that appeared in their own respective games, as it'll add more uniqueness towards those boss fights compared to what we're used to seeing in the game.
There's a possibility for that, considering Gryphon was a PSO boss (even the arena got ported) Likely years down the line when it's the PSO series' milestone anniversary or so.
I was really hoping we were going to shift our focus to Nameless City in terms of hub and future content. Going back to Aelio AND more limited time quests is such a huge slap in the face. Just when it was getting good too....
The roadmap shows Nameless City Expansion in both July-September and December-January dude. Tf are you talking about. Also, a limited event in a combat zone doesn't mean we are 'going back to aelio'. Other than purples, all of the other relevant content is in other places.
@@ganymede4030 “New High Rank Aelio” + 1 of 2 Expansions to Nameless City is LIMITED TIME. Sure Stia is there as expected, LC expansion cool too but there’s over 20 limited time quests in this roadmap and NO story like cmon dude lol.
@@Cyberr_mp4 The latest Dengeki interview with the devs states that M.A.R.S. is story locked lol and that is a month away. Historically they have ALWAYS omitted things from the roadmap and it has always been subject to change. Every time. It's pretty silly to think that we're not getting anything else for 9 months just because they didn't spoonfeed you the information.
@@ganymede4030the NC extension is only the east side you can see when exploring NC now. It looks cool, could become the next city we can chill but it’s just for a limited time? I‘m curious about how often things are getting limited time since NGS still has a lack of content.
Well, at least they're being upfront about the fact we are almost getting no new content for a full year. I'm so sick of LTQs, I've never found a single one of them worth doing, and that's what they're doubling down on. Sigh.
I keep telling people we have a big repeat of this. Notice when Ngs first launched they did a test run and now after they saw what they were looking for, they put us on the repeat wagon with roads that lead us to no where. Now this year they are repeating the same concepts as last year.
We hadn't gotten anything actually new since like... Retem released, but even then it was just reused enemies. You guys really do need to quit this game and play a better MMO. Try FFXIV, like genuinely. It's the only MMO in the market with good quality that actually respects its players. As a player, and probably an adult, you deserve to play something that is more of a value of your time and need to stop settling for less. Respect yourself.
@@rockheartqueen honestly, I don't think I would call XIV a better MMO. Both games have their weaknesses, and I personally struggle to call an MMO that requires me to play literally hundreds of hours of SOLO ONLY CONTENT to play multiplayer, the first M in MMO, with my friends, is a problem. I did play XIV and I literally quit because I hated the MSQ, and how much time I spent NOT playing with my friends. XIV has more content yes but a lot of it is not good. A shame, too, because I DID enjoy the gameplay and doing dungeons with my friends; I just didn't find it worth doing 3+ hours skipping cutscenes and being bored of solo duties to play one 30minute dungeon with my friends. MMOs are in a bad spot as far as I'm concerned. But I also enjoy the social aspect of MMOs...
@@disposablecaseal9351ffxiv is 100x better than NGS will ever be and that is facts. The weaknesses that FFXIV has are nothing compared to the slop NGS deals with
@@twilightotaku4355 What does that even have to do with. PSO1 was one planet Rogal. It was about frontier discovery. If you pay attention. PSO1 you were on 1 planet the whole time. PSU & PSO2 base was interplanetary travel instanced wise. NGS is going back to the roots of the franchise but people are too blind to see that.
@@emanuelporter806 Honestly, being stuck on one planet wouldn't be bad if it's either VERY big, or if it had some procedural generation with the appropriate lore explanation with it.
No way am I going back to Aelio for like the 6th time. No thank you. The game came out with Aelio 3 years ago and the fact we have to go back for padding is ridiculous. We should be using this new mega ultra system in a whole different PLANET by this point. My god lol
I agree we been to Aelio since Retem, Kavaris, Stia, purple triggers update, more Dark Falz, Lueciel, every time they update the story guess where we gotta go?????? back to Aelioooooooo again
Who keeps asking these questions?? do they pick the questions that one person asks? like who really out here going "how do we get more cards?" can't we answer when pso2 missing items going to be back, still waiting for xion body paint which will never get added because they hate pso2 or something. Maybe at least can we ask about the classes varity on the block mechanics, or maybe like new concerts or who knows divide quests?? How frustrating
I get where you're coming from. I've posted numerous questions on their headlines, and NGS headlines, or whatever they're called, about concerts and other events that are completely overlooked. It's frustrating and unfair. Something should be done, but they just overlook everything we say. Some speculate it's because of the global version, and we don't matter since we're not Japanese players. Yet again, I've posted 23 questions about concerts and other significant issues, and they've been repeatedly ignored. None of them have thousands of views, but they're close to a thousand or more-each has at least 500 views. That's not much, but it indicates that there are at least 500 players out there who are curious about this. So why are they overlooked? Honestly, I don't know.
Overall I’m excited. Those boss silhouettes got me hyped as they always do. I still have yet to master all the classes and now I have 4 variants of M.A.R.S to learn. The roadmap is structured a little differently from what we’re used to but I’ll trust in the process. I genuinely love and am enjoying this game and want to see it succeed. 💪🏾 Colossal Boss suppression sounds like it’s gonna be fire.
I understand the frustration when it seems like trivial questions are being selected over more substantial ones. It's possible that the questions chosen for discussion may not reflect the deeper concerns players have about the game and its direction. The animation length for foodbuff in N.G.S. might seem excessive, and obtaining striker cards is information readily available to those who follow the game closely. It's concerning if it appears that player inquiries are fabricated or less critical questions are prioritized, overshadowing the more pressing and serious ones. This can lead to discouragement in the community, as it might seem that important issues are being ignored in favor of simpler topics.
All in all the headline was a bummer when I look at the roadmap. I don’t care about collabs. I don’t care about line strike. I don’t care about Ultra Hard Difficulty quests. I don’t care about the Omega Maskerade battle next year. I care about the story (again since the chapter you lately dropped. It was awesome 👏) I wanna see more fields, more UQs, more missions in general. I love the game but I don’t like the direction it heads to. And before someone calls me a hater or whatever just you wait. I play PSO2 since its steam release back in august 2020. I play it daily since then and NGS didn’t change my behavior. Currently I am total playtime of 9445 hours. 3835 Hours PSO2 playtime and 5610 hours NGS playtime. I just hope the roadmap is just the top of the iceberg.
The current development of the game is focused on making what we currently have a lot better. It's about implementing the rest of the functions the game should have and addressing long-standing issues with various aspects of NGS's gameplay. That's the entire reason it's called "ver.2" right now. It's about revamping the game to be in a better position for its future growth, so rather than churning out big, empty fields or trying to put out story chapters when they're trying to move the story into areas that haven't been created yet by having us run in more circles around Halpha, they're working on developing the rest of the features the game needs to be able to offer us a complete gameplay experience in the areas players are more interested in, such as new fields, quests, and story content as a result of those new fields and quests. From what I can tell by looking at the roadmap and the content they've put out more recently, it looks like they're getting pretty close to wrapping up with ver.2 development and gearing up to move on to what comes afterwards. I'd imagine sometime not too terribly long after we hit level 100, and after they've finished implementing TA customization for all PAs and Techniques, they'll be working on extending the game in the areas we (and I'm sure they as well) actually want them to be. Perhaps it's a bit of a long time to wait, but I'd much rather them take the time to take care of these things now rather than trying to rush out a hollow gameplay experience and trying to fix it later. They've put out new fields every six months before, and that was back when they were being slowed down by their lack of experience with making things compatible between PSO2's engine and NGS's engine. They publicly expressed in an interview that they've overcome that hurdle around the time that ver.2 started, so not only are they more than capable of putting out new fields and other such content as frequently as they did in the past, but they might be able to put some of it out even faster than before. They have a very talented team behind the development of this game, and everything they've been putting out lately has been of astounding quality. I think we should give them this time to give the game a solid foundation to work from, because it's going to be better for both the health of the game and the enjoyment of the players in the long run if we do. Also, and this is just a guess of mine, I imagine they'll probably be releasing small additions to Ch.7's story along the way wherever it makes sense, such as when MARS comes out at the end of July. There's probably not going to be a TON of story over the next several months, but I don't think it's going to be nothing. Development is just focused elsewhere right now, and that's fine. That's a good thing.
So, my worst fears regarding Line Strike came true; it's being monetized through AC, rather heavily too. It'll take 3-4 weeks for every 10 pull, and there's no mention of a pity system to get the specific card you want by getting rid of dupes, which is something *every* online card game does these days. I have already lost all interest I had in Line Strike
This is factually untrue, though. You can get 300 vouchers per week for a total of 30 cards for free every week just for playing the game mode. It's 3 10-pulls per week, not 0.3.
I'm now starting to have doubts in this game. It feels so stagnant still with only quest updates and no further progress in the story. The updates have always been repetetive and the story progress is awfully slow. What happened to NGS? PSO2 had it better imo... at least put some real effort devs... its only fun for me because I get to meet my friends but over all gameplay, its starting to get disappointing...
Hiro: "I HIRO ARAI WILL SELECT RANDOM QUESTIONS FROM OUR FAQ SECTION, BECAUSE ANY OTHER CRITISISM IS YABBAI, BAD, AND HARASSMENT, SO LIKE OUR BAD DESIGN DECISIONS LITTLE SHEEP!"
New action system looks good! Roadmap looks very concerning though, Class updates and tech arts customs got pushed back, no story til april. I know they focused more on content and challenges, but honestly it looks very dry. It looks like they swapped NGS devs to another project.
The Roadmap was horrible. Not going to say EoS just yet, but I wouldn't shout down anybody that would suggest it. Usually their roadmaps are 6 months, but they decided to extend it to 9 with the level cap at 100 (pso2 also ended on 100). Other than a few new high difficulty quests, there was nothing new here other than a new UQ very late into the roadmap. Also, no story. I wouldn't be surprised if this is the last roadmap and with final updates coming soon after it.
@@hermityt1 the issue is we also had many phantasy star games that go beyond level 100 so i not saying EOS isnt coming but using just pso2 as a base for EOS seem kinda wonky
@@thestrunzy5585 I'm going on a few things rather than just that level 100 cap though. Like the roadmap covering 9 months instead of the usual 6. Seems odd to extend it to that point right now and stopping on the level 100 cap. No new story confirmed in any of this roadmap which makes me think that they will wrap the story up after March or just before it. The roadmap certainly feels like there is some kind of finality to it, and with the original plan for this game being 5 years, it wouldn't be that shocking if the game went into maintenance mode next year at some point before EoS in 2026.
What I'm getting from the roadmap is that we won't get any new story quests until at least April next year?? That's...... not great. Waiting nearly a year for new story stuff is painful especially when it was just getting so good. I hope that the roadmap just doesn't have mentions of it and we will be getting new story that goes along with some of these new quests. Also, sad to say but I've completely given up on any new concerts at this point. That's a huge letdown. I'm still excited for M.A.R.S. and the Colossal Boss Suppression, but something about this headline unsettles me.
I'm pretty sure somebody said this before me, but wouldn't it be redundant again nightstar weapons now when you can get the 11 star series weapon from the nameless city for the damn easily? So what's the point of having a non-star weapon? Ohh well.
So is the game just straight up coming to an end or what's happening? The story's at a point when it could end at a moment's notice and we'll be level 100 before the roadmap's through and there's absolutely nothing actually big on the horizon.
With a game having 3.2 to 3.6 rating I would say they are running out of options now. Limited time quest have become a big repeat and anniversary content is the only thing they can really bring for content. Such a big let down
Really happy to see that they kept the original PSO2 face for Hariette, instead of trying to remake it in NGS specs that looks nothing like the original.
I swear, if they delay the story for this long, and the next bit is just a few new areas, and about the same length story with no big change, then I'm gonna cry. I don't wanna be stuck on Halpha forever.
LI'm starting to think that I need to become theTECTONE voice of NGS because it seems that no matter what we say or how many times we ask, our questions are being ignored, which is unfair and unrealistic. Action must be taken. Why are they ignoring our questions? Why can't we shorten the food buff time, or how do we obtain cards for a game that hasn't been released yet? As I mentioned in my previous comment, anyone following a guide maker or content creator for NGS would know how to get these cards. I am determined to keep commenting until it's acknowledged that they're selecting trivial questions over everyone else's. I'm beginning to suspect that the people asking these questions aren't actual players. They should prove that real people are asking these questions, rather than just claiming these are the questions being asked. Who would ask such senseless questions? If someone did ask these questions, please respond to this and explain why you asked such an illogical question. Feel free to insult me or vent your frustration, but please confirm that you're a real person.
Nope dont bother no one cares, and no one give a fck for this game also you barely hear a drama content on this game since base. This complain always happen after livestream it's been happening since this game release.
Wtf. Just get rid of this director who doesn't have a shred of interest or respect for the series, doesn't even play the game itself. Copy and paste of the same shitty limited time quests, "new" bosses without any explanation or connection to the story (by the way, what story do we have? Seriously, it's painful to watch), augment transfer pass in the cash shop, who would have imagined huh? What a surprise. Ngs is the biggest waste of potential we've ever had. What a shame, bc the original engine allows a very smooth and satisfactory combat, it's just sad. Nice cosmetics btw.
Lol, worst QnA session ever. >tfw they (possibly) won't add more accessory slots which is disappointing for some phasion focused players >the quick food question made me laugh xD like, it's very short already. >one question wasted for a content that's going to launch soon. Also, is it just me or did I felt the roadmap felt lacking? MARS is a good Dark Blast + A.I.S. type combat addition, sure, but in the end, I feel like they show the roadmap just to pull base players in by showing a silhouette of Masquerader lmao, no new areas, no new story quests on the far months.. sadge
This is just every QnA. They never answer the important questions, but answer the most dumbest shit ever that literally only maybe like 2 people complained about. It is bonkers and so frustrating I cannot take it.
I'd strongly argue that the question about Line Strike wasn't wasted whatsoever. As you can tell by the several commenters who are screaming about Line Strike being "pay to win" or "just a way to squeeze players for more money", I think it was not only good, but outright NECESSARY for them to explicitly state to everyone that you can get 30 free cards per week just by playing Line Strike. I myself would've been more worried about it for multiple weeks wondering if you'd only be able to get a few cards for free each week with the vouchers, but then they made a point of stating that you can get 300 vouchers weekly (for a total of 30 cards), putting all of my fears to rest.
They are doing that because the PLAYER BASE ASKED FOR IT. They tried to distance themselves from PSO2 classic and people whined and cried until they started implementing things from the base game. This is your fault.
#NGSHeadline is there a request forum where I can go to send you critical gameplay requests for New Genesis? I want to help improve the game with some ideas.
Look.... I'm gonna say it again, enough with the fashion, bring more action. Example: more photon arts, advance class perhaps, continue and focus on the story, the story feels too slow right now, focus on the gameplay. Yes alliance quarters is nice, level cap is nice. This game has so many potentials yet the higher level only care about fashion collab, dude wtf. You create a benchmark with your PSO2 Classic, yet the NGS still not exceed the PSO2 Classic. We need more gameplay content not more fashion, who in the right mind think adding more fashion will keep players playing the game ? EVEN YOUR ROADMAP DOESN'T INCLUDE UPDATING THE STORY HOLYSH. Just putting more LQ this LQ that, Quest this Quest that, that doesn't give much. i'm gonna spit fact, your PSO2 Classic Weapon and armor design are far much better than NGS Weapon and armor design.
#NGSHeadline Currently, the console ports of PSO2 NGS were designed for Xbox One and PS4. Will there ever be an optimization for New Genesis on Xbox Series X and PS5?
I stopped playing because I got really busy a few months ago. Now that I broke the chain, I find it hard to come back. I was a casual, I just enjoyed ticking off dailies and doing seasonal stuff. But it's so mundane compared to Base PSO2. Base PSO2 felt like beaming down to a place and solving a problem. NGS is just... Bland and mindless.. Idk. It's so sad, I love my character but like.. . :(
How about instead of having a 'vote' in your own office on what content you think the 'players' would enjoy by releasing a card game. You should do the same thing and ask, idk the people that actually play the game what they would like? There's a reason in their own interview they said that they have an issue retaining new players only bring back the returning players. People come back because they dont give up hope and think the game will change, but it doesnt. Phantasy star series has a very loyal fanbase but they get shit on and its sad. They should really just have an actual livestream Q & A taking questions from a chat and then talking about those ideas in their office instead.
To be honest, I know sega reads globals input, but if we are not mutual with jp side. They're always going to prioritize jp. They really need to prioritize the story. That is the basis of an rpg. I can assure you one thing... Globals' voice matters very little in pso2 ngs.
I don’t even do that anymore, I tried to quit six months ago… but it was winter… now it’s summer and I just don’t play PSO anymore. Just puts me to sleep of it’s not phase and all my phase is full…
They did that so they could double profit with the ac scratch and it cost them money to do all these collaborations anime company gotta make their money to
Did you not hear AC scratch during the Q&A? They are limiting how much you get for free and allow you to buy them with real money (at random mind you). That is 100% a problem.
2024 shonen anime collab? then it isn't naruto or bleach like people claiming, if it came out in 2024, its obvious what it is: kaiju no 8. unless they mean shangri-la frontier. wait nvm, that was last year, so yeah, kaiju no 8 then
Pretty solid headline imo, though I wish Lillipans were more of a permanent addition than just PSO2 anniv event mascot :( In any case; some people seem concerned about the fact there are no story quests in the roadmap, and that it covers a very long time period (9 months), even suggesting that the game might be getting nearing its EoS; while that's a possibility, I have a different opinion of what might be happening :) (Considering that Kimura also seems to repeatedly mention that he hopes to continue working on NGS for many more years to come). As some content creators may have mentioned, the roadmap does not necessarily specify everything we will be getting, so we might be getting some surprises in some of the scheduled updates. It's also worth noting, that even if we don't get Story Quests, we might get story in the form of Tasks and Mini-Episodes, like we did with chapter 6. Guess we will see; though we went on for a long time without story after chapter 6 was over; so my guess is that they are preparing something big, considering they were bold enough to share a 9 month Roadmap, up to the point where we get lvl 100 cap. Might be overly optimistic of me, but they might be getting ready for an "Episode 2" kind of update (or that's kinda my wish :v), and there is the possibility we will go beyond lvl 100 cap later next year. We will see.
It's good that you will be updating and providing expansions to leceil exploration, nameless city exploration, ordinal tower, and possibly other content not mentioned. Definitely waiting to try out the MARS system, hopefully It'll have some option fitting for my kind of play style and others. It's good that you are possibly pulling away from duel quests and making something else with the new solo quest. The fights weren't the problem, it was just a nuisance having to have different sets of gear and switching back and forth just to do duel quest which was the major drawback. Hopefully you've listened to player feedback and the new quest will be reliant on player's already built and invested gear instead. I'm glad that techter is getting a rework, hopefully soon we can see a force rework! Techarts being pushed back to december can't be helped, I hope that when they are released they are good as rn techarts are the only updates to the combat currently besides class reworks. Hopefully we can either see some type zero techarts afterwards or some major game changing upgrades to the current photon arts, techniques, etc. That colossal boss quest is giving me primordial vibes from the silhouette, hopefully it's a fun fight. The ac scratches are looking pretty good this time around too! No story in the roadmap but maybe the new quests will have story in them and not be just teleport in with no explanation quests/fights.
Who asked for a card game!? Why no other planets? Why no more story? Why no more photon arts? Why no more classes? Why is it still boring? They are catering to who?
Ngl its a good move to wait until april to release the next story update. Hopefully this way the story content is given as a complete package rather than the drip drop bs that clearly hasnt been working.
Do you have amnesia? lol PSO2's story was dripfed in the same way over 8 years and people talk about it like it's the best thing to ever happen to gaming.
This is an excellent take. I agree with you. I'd rather them wait and give us good story content rather than having us run more errands during another interlude chapter.

Almost nothing but LTQs for a year. Meanwhile your competition has added TWO massive story expansions, with MASSIVE, beautifully detailed maps, dwarfing the size of NGS as a whole in each (in terms of size AND main story quest duration/amount), in the time it's taken you to barely eke out Episode 1 of NGS. Come on guys, you're not some small indie devs, as much as we meme about it. You said, a few headlines back, that you wanted to apologize for being lackluster, and to be better going forward, so BE BETTER. Players keep leaving for greener pastures, and now the game feels like a ghost town on the global servers, but you just keep letting more players atrophy by not addressing the lacking amount of standing content. Two standing quests every 3 months is frankly not good enough, and never has been. And newsflash, since you evidently never read the official discord feedback -- players are SICK of limited quests and FOMO. The game doesn't feel like a game, it feels like a chore, half the time, and people have been very vocal about that for YEARS now. Not that you'll read this either, we know you have active disdain for Global. As for make-up slot and accessory point limit increases causing crashes, again, you're not a small indie dev. Get it to work. It's been 3 years. Character customization is one of the few things your game still actually has going for it at this point compared to the MANY competitors in the market, so that's enough excuses. They make the team sound either incompetent or lazy, and I'm not sure which of those is worse. The like to dislike ratio on this video is frankly embarrassing AND very telling of the growing discontent of your player base, and your lead devs and corporate should feel bad. Do better. Be better. No more empty promises, no more empty years. If it's Hamazaki being lazy, move him to a different role in the company, never let him be in charge of direction again -- his contributions to base were considered the worst by both the JP and Global player base, and his tenure over NGS has been a miserable slog. It feels like he only sticks around through favoritism/nepotism by corporate. You have a market niche, we all know that, but you've gotten so sickeningly complacent/lazy as a team, and it's frustrating as someone who still wants this game to succeed over here. The core of the game is like a diamond, seemingly deliberately caked in excrement by leadership that actively despises the series and its fans. So much potential, completely squandered for over 3 years now, doing nothing but burning through goodwill like a chain-smoker burns through cheap cigarettes. But hey, to end on a positive note, at least M.A.R.S. looks cool. But honestly, that's the only thing that stands out, and the roadmap is horrid.
@@kinslayer3995 I see it shown/listed as mostly positive, what are you on? lol And the negative reviews I DO see are people mad that the graphics are higher fidelity now with the new expansion, because they don't like how their character looks now. Except apparently Squenix handed out free character edit vouchers, with hour-long re-edit windows to account for that, and most other players are laughing at the handful of people with this viewpoint lol.
@@nate51691 You seems to ignore the miod story that feels more like a patch filler than MSQ? the absolute state of healers? the oversimplified and homogenized gameplay of every single class tha revolves into the 2 min meta? the so called graphics udpate did more harm than good yes the grass and metallic textures do look goo..until you see that characters are still using the same body mesh from previous patch (also making au'ra scales more pixelated than before) with characters faces looking very different even uncanny with no way to make them look like 6.5? Besides the mid MSQ story and the graphics udpate (i guess i should name crafter/gratherer content) theres literally nothing else. Also should players be happy because we got a free fantasia? really? my man FFXIV character customization is still looking like it came from 2014 with haircuts locked by races..on top of that even worse with vieras and hrotgars with zero headgear because small indie company. @@kinslayer3995 you seem to assume I'm playing the competitor's game when I'm not. A lot of my friends have jumped ship, and love the game, so that, and what is public knowledge is what I'm going on. You said the reviews on Steam were shown as mixed. I checked, they were shown as mostly positive recently, and mostly or overwhelmingly positive overall. I checked the recent reviews and the recurring negative ones were issues with logging in to old accounts, or the graphics updates. That's all I saw, and that's all I said. Then you launched into a tirade, made a straw man argument, and came here swinging. It doesn't take away from anything I've said, in any meaningful way at all. You also went on a small tangent about the character creator in FF14, like I was saying it was better than PSO2's, when even just a cursory glance at the first post would be more than enough to know I have PSO2's character creation as one of it's strong points. Go cope and seethe elsewhere, man. I don't have time for this. Literally nothing you say detracts from the first post -- it's just incoherent ranting, horrible grammar, and poor excuses ("because other company messes up, it's fine that NGS does a poor job too!" might be the most braindead take I've heard in a very long time.)

mars, tech arts customization, and line strike cool and all, but still missing shit that we should have from base and how is there no new story coming over 6 months+?, that is just bad.
Also, the Q&A section for accessories is a lie. Sega just doesn't want to see players having multiple baloon bosoms and n spheres on at a time. Because that's what most of the playerbase would use the extra slots for.
This… is not good game design. It’s one thing if you have big plans for future content that is actually interactive and doesn’t continue to glorify the phasion simulator this game has become; it’s another to just rehash content that’s on its third or fourth run now and not provide players with any substantial updates to Story or Story-related content (Leceil doesn’t count). And the thing with the extra slots for makeup patterns… what? Why can’t players have more slots? I see no reason why that would hinder anyone else’s experience whatsoever. Are we just milking the game for money now? What happened to being proud of the work you put into something, like past PSO titles? Clearly, you want to pay homage to them hence why you keep bringing them back. Come on, guys. This ain’t it.
Same garbage. Need friends to play this game and do any significant content. Unreasonable drop rates, AC scratch spam, gear upgrading is a scam, recycled "events", UQ's are a waste of time.
How isn't there a PSO Episode 1 & 2 Remake inside PSO2NG? We should have re-creations of those old nostalgic areas and boss fights with this new engine and its assets.
#NGSHeadline your game has a rating of 3.2 to 3.6 and you guys say you want to make the game more enjoyable but, your making us wait too long for story content, and it just seems like the game from ratings people have not been able to see the true potential of PSO Ngs. I would say its time to re think this game after 2025. You have to incorporate your game rating rather than satisfying all the metas who complain about the game. Not to mention you guys dont really look at class balances for players.
We really need to take a look at what the higher-ups at SEGA are thinking, something's seriously weird with how they're letting NGS get mishandled for so long. Like, it really seems like they don't care about making the game better so they get better reputation and more money...?
@acezero8132 no idea but as you can see we have been on repeat with collabs and seasonal point events. Same NPCs and same limited time quest and lastly new story every year not every 4 to 6 months but every year. They didn't do that when pso base launched and psu launched. More people loved psu than NGS
@@acezero8132 They don't care about making the game better. The sooner you come to this realisation, the easier it will be to accept. Sega are happy sitting on this game being nothing more than a filler game to make them a bit of profit. Look at their financial reports and you will see how much they make on this game, and let me tell you now, compared to other f2p games, it's nothing. People say games like ToF are dead, but it's made over 3x as much revenue as NGS.
@hermityt1663 That's because all the money comes from 3rd 🌎 people and Asians. Global server on PSO2 is all regions except for Japanese. ToF is separated into many different regions, so NA ToF is literally only US and some sneaky Mexicans. Try queueing for ANY significant content on ToF, you will sit in matchmaking for an hour because no one is playing. That's the only reason NGS seems like it has a bigger playerbase despite making 3x less, as you claim.
What I think is the card game looks lame and boring. You guys should really find a way to engage with players in game instead of the official discord or bring back the forums. Those who are loudest on the official discord do NOT represent the majority of in game players who didn't ask for nor want a card game. Ask me how I know.
yes. they already plan it in 2025. you will noticed when you pay attention to their roadmaps. it will illegal if they lie then they choose to not tell ir speak about it at all.
#NGSHeadline I'd rather be able to cancel the eating animation instead of be stuck standing still for a shorter duration. Let us walk or dash or jump out of it. That's all I ask.
@@MattGalves i play both games but i dont know why tihis comment made me laugh lol, people haven't been truly hyped for dawntrailer after the slop called endwalker
The Accessory and Make up question was so unfortunate Just lower accessory points by 1 for each Item and be more reasonable with the point system As for Make up change it to a sector system with 1 overlap likewise for Body Tattoos Also release more story content NGS makes so much money off Scratch tickets we should not be so desolate here
more accesorrys points pls? use a thing who costs 9 points of 18 is nutz! boooooooo sega boooooo give us more slots or items with less points!😒 okay iam again inactive till halloween and after this till march inactive... so boring without story.. we need more and faster content at story .... ..imagine sega do no "fun" stuff only content for lv and story the game can be OVER 1 YEAR FINISHED! wow sega need years for 5 minutes content and we get a fake yugioh game... lol a pay2win cardgame this is worst
With level cap showing from nowhere and Solus R2 ingame, just 3 words for all the people expecting lots of content right/already/now reading this: Let. Them. Cook.
