New Jersey's EYBL team the New Heights Lightning got off to an insane start to open the 2023 Nike EYBL season. Led by 5 Star guard and the University of North Carolina commit, Elliot Cadeau, the Lightning started 4-0 in Atlanta. Putting up 90+ points in each of their four games. 4 Star Guard and Auburn commit Tahaad Petiford was on fire all weekend averaging 19 PPG and shooting at insane clips. The Lightning also added OTE's high flyer and four-star forward Jahki Howard. And if that wasn't ridiculous enough, they've got one more 5-star PG from the class of 2025, Meleek Thomas.
