Very informative content, thank you so much. Quick question though, I recently registered a company with the intention of buying properties and selling them after renovations. Do I need to register my company with the NHBRC even though I'll just be renovating e.g painting, tiling, kitchen cupboards, aluminium windows etc and not buildong a house from scratch?...
Thank you! We are happy you found this informative! ..🙂 Wow thats exciting! ...So if your renovations include extending buildings or restructuring buildings, you will need the NHBRC registration. But if it is tiling, painting and the rest , you will need CIDB for that!
