Tax, you need to watch PP percentage not goals and for Ottawa it was ridiculous - 69%. Had to be league leading

All offseason i was hoping you would look at that high franchise guy, so glad you finally did on the 3rd run! If things start slowly try Laine on the top line instead of Tkachuk since Laine seems to produce better in the sim to get that best line in the NHL - you need a cup these next 2 seasons

I think that the game thought that Drysdale and Nemec signed the qualify offers instead of the offers you gave them.

The 85% rule doesn’t work in the resign phase it’s self. It works every week of the year but only on your own players(extensions), also you’re better off signing prospects to extensions during the season or near the end of the season (Practically any day before the reason phase) because they won’t ask for 1.2 million until the resign phase itself unless they’re a really high overall in the ahl. But yea waiting for the resign phase itself usually is worse case scenario. I personally sign 90% of my extensions the day after the draft, the 85% trick works every time. Even if they say No to an extension they’ll sign for the 85% trick. Which has been a bug for a couple years now… I hate seeing you struggle in free agency so wanted to share some knowledge.

I tend to find having good chemistry in the bottom six, and especially the third line, really helps out massively.

That Russian prospect crash glitch is wild, another reason why PS5 is superior 😉 Also, you should look at extending guys mid-season more often, you can end up with some good savings that way.

You can sign them it is just you have to wait till later in the free agent and you have to use view contracts

How do you change players potential?

I like doing franchise mode like you do and when I try and sign a prospect with franchise potential, my game crashes. It’s so annoying.

Next season juice up the lines for the playoffs switch them up a bit after regular season

Can you do a video on how you do your scouting? I always struggle with the scouting

I droped a swedish 7th D 51 ovr this morning and the game crashed twice, just typical, won the stanley cup just before and i had to restart at the start of the playoffs🤣🤦🏼

If computer GMs are morons with cap space it isn’t really your fault. Try to keep it realistic the first few years but once you’re in this deep the computers hand out wild contracts

You should see my Habs franchise i have Yurov 82 Ovr Semec 79 ovr Jiricek 78 Ovr Cooley 80 ovr and im now in 2025 there something wrong and Michkov is still 79 Ovr after one season in Ahl with the Utica.. im legit having a mental breakdown with my team..

sad to sat I don't mind losing as I hate when teams buy championships. stop depending on +5 and such and really watch your entire team and move them around as needed. grow your own players and stop buying your way to Presidents trophies. it's not realistic at all. and it shows more brain power to grow your own players. good luck
