@@robertmugabe8489 That's the age old misconception. "If I put all the dangle wizards on the same line, they will never get scored on because they have the puck all the time". That's not how the game of hockey works.
No literally, bc he not only plays on a team with Quinn, Quinn is his captain, Quinn is his airplane buddy, he does interviews with Quinn, like during All Stars as well he is the assistant captain to Team Hughes at the All Star Game, he’s now on a team with both brothers. Peety going against his people he is basically a Hughes at this point.
Completely agree. They are better for the younger generation and they bring more energy which is what the all star game needs not some boring conventional nhl analyst
@@electricboogaloo5645Hughes’ r better easily they’re much faster and can stick handle more and get points, and yes they got over 100 points but Hughes’ r much younger
Hughes easily, not even close, yes tkachuck r good but the Hughes’ r faster, better stinkhandlers and get tons of points, jacks on point for for over 100 points and he’s gotten injured twice! But tkachuck r more physical
Hughes all the way. While Matt Tkachuk has had some fantastic seasons the last few years, Jack Hughes is almost certainly the same caliber of player or even better. But Quinn Hughes is undeniably a better player than Brady Tkachuk. So I’m taking Team Hughes every time. Also, one being a forward and one being a defenseman is a perk too
Simple sure the Hughes are faster and probably have better stick handling but the Tkachuks are way more physical better in the slot and in front of the keeper, and would be a better choice for playoff type hockey just due to their strong mentality and how much of a bother they would be to the enemy defense and keeper causing more penalties against them. (Stick handling isn’t everything people, and don’t make the excuse that they are younger both matty and Brady are 24 and 26)
stick handling ain't everything? imagine thinking thats all the hughes bros are good for. quinn for example has by far the best defensive stats in the nhl.
Absolutely no comparison. Matthew is good but Brady is as mid as can be. Not sure why people rate him so much. Isn't close to sniffing a point per game and is an absolute defensive liability. He's a 4th liner on a competent team. He is easily outside of the top 50 players in the league.
NHL 2024 ALLSTAR skills competition was a TOTAL DISRESPECT on the players that didn't participate, and the FANS that wanted to see their hometown players participate. TOTAL BULLSHIT.
