Avs dominated this game. Justus got his first shutout, multiple players got points, Mack got a Mack goal, and overall it looks like the Avs got their stride back. Yes, I know Chicago isn’t a good team.

They never recovered from letting go of Panarin (how on earth could they do that) and losing Hossa in the same year.. they had some good things brewing with Hagel emerging.. and then they trade him in his breakout year.. One of the worst NHL hockey teams the Blackhawks have ever had, this team has caused me to totally lose interest in hockey after being a Hawks fan for over 65 years. Theyre so bad theyre unwatchable every game, every part of their game is pitiful.

I’m not saying he’s #66-like, all I’m saying it’s quite normal for the first overall pick to have a rough start in the league and brought up Mario’s stats in that department for reference. He gave up after that 2nd goal. The third goal was bad. I've watched Mrazek since he started with the Wings and when he gets sloppy with his lateral movement, he loses his positioning with the net and is all over the place. Like that third goal. But he can be a beast when his movement is dialed in right. The problem is, you never know which Mrazek you're going to get each game.
