I was at the game, the fight between these 2 broke out and when it was over, this old timer standing beside me goes "Well, it ain't badmiton is it?!" I cracked up and said, "No Sir, sure isn't!" LMAO
I've noticed he has a bad habit of trying to make east-west passes in the neutral zone, which doesn't really mesh with their system. It wasn't during this game, but I remember one recently where they literally showed an assistant coach on live tv drawing out the mistake on a whiteboard for him on the bench.. It's usually a high risk pass and I think it tanks his offensive contributions on the ice because a lot of times it results in a turnover. But I agree for the most part, he is a beast in the faceoff circle and has the makings of a defensive, Jordan Staal like forward with more offensive upside than Staal.

Saw an article today it’s looking like he might not come back at all this season they’ll either trade him or they won’t and put him on LTIR if that’s the case but I hope that’s not true the boys def play more confident in front of him
With blood clots I wouldn't count on him being back even though he was supposedly cleared to skate , I haven't seen him skating on any Canes media so its ride or die with Koochie and Raanta most likely .
