I had no idea what happened in the game other than it was 4 - 1 final score. So when It starts off with a close up of kucherov and talking about how he is two away from 100. I said "well, kucherov is getting points in all four goals lol"

When it comes to the hockey goat conversation, three names instantly come to mind: Gretzky, Orr and Lemieux. We all have our opinions on this and my opinion says Orr and maybe even Bossy but as I watch Kucherov play, I see greatness. If he stays healthy, he very well could end up being the goat. In any case, for we old school hockey fans, he showcases greatness whenever he is on the ice and while some of the many subtle nuances of his game can easily be lost to the casual fan, those of us with eyes see them and boy do we ever appreciate them.

Very sad for the Devils.The defense is just bad,no communication and at times parts like the Red Sea.The offense does not have it going on either.Hard to say what went wrong this season,but the spirit is gone.Lightning better,pure and simple.

The Timo trade and contract has hurt the devils but in the GM's defense Lindy doesn't use Timo how the sharks did. The NJ defense and goalie situation could use an upgrade.

Timo Meier tribute game is tuesday. I might get a little emotional watching that video. Zetterlund and Blackwood first time playing NJ in SJ I believe. Should be an easy game for the devils to pick up their season. I hope both Timo and Zetterlund score.

NJ needs to move Jack Hughes to the wing. He is good offensively, but his face offs, effort on the back check, and in his own zone is terrible. Let him focus on creating chances in the offensive zone without the defensive responsibility by moving him to wing.

@@sst6601 The sharks last GM would hire coaches himself and when things got hard he would blame it all on them and fire them even though it was his fault way more than the HC. I highly doubt the Devils HC thought the Timo trade and contract was a good idea.
