Myers dropped the gloves and started punching before Jeannot knew he was being challenged. Surely if Myers had asked him to fight, he would've obliged, but you can't just jump a guy, that's the whole instigator rule.

@@Callypso32 The shootout was part of the game between the Canucks and Predators. During the shootout Pettersson and Horvat whiffed on their attempts. Inexcusable for highly paid NHL stars.

Actually the Canucks were in the game just in the first period. Then they just stopped. If they really are going to reach the play-off, it's not enough.

Tyler Myers has the best job ever, he gets payed all those millions of dollars to sit in the penalty box all game and the hardest thing he has to do is collect pucks after practice

I think you're forgetting all the great things Bo Horvat has done for the Canucks organisation! One bad mistake doesn't make him not worthy of a long term contract!
Years are spent reaching for slipping pucks on crap ice…Although it may of been called off on the shot attempt, why didnt he try and grab and recover? He might of stopped moving forward but he’s a pro…?

Canucks blow another lead (a 3 goal lead at that) and lose to the Preds. They should play the Benny Hill music when the Canucks hit the ice to start the 3rd period... LOL...
Canucks never learned the lesson from previous games... It's not once or twice... It's already their fifth time that they blow multi goal lead. This team is so shaky....
The players looked defeated before the Overtime even started. They knew deep down it was not going to work out for them. That's what separates the best from the rest.

С волевой победой хищников, но всё равно начало сезона у них очень слабое. С приходом новичков, я бы ни сказал, что клуб заиграл как то сверх результативно. Два Швейцарца что ли на себя одеяло потянули, мол: кто тут главный? Или тренера всё же надо менять? Ладно по живём увидим, что там далее будет у смэшвилов
