99% of fans already yell at Athletes and Refs. 99% of Athletes yell at Refs. Refs are the only ones that do it-when it’s actually warranted: Yet, they get more hate than anyone.

You would if you were a ref. I already get enough flak being a youth soccer referee, I can only imagine the amount of flak for just doing your job at a professional level in front of thousands of spectators.

In regards to who you're actually asking about though, she's one of the ice crew for T-Mobile Arena. Skating causes the ice to get chewed up, leaving what is effectively a buildup of snow on the ice. During the three commercials breaks in each period, a crew is sent out onto the ice with shovels to remove all the snow that has accumulated during play. Most arenas use a crew comprised mostly of young, attractive women in tight clothing for reasons which should be obvious when considering the largest target demographic of hockey fans.
