I have 300K shares of nhpc . I had kept on buying without much knowledge. Since amount was in crores , just looked at the stability, most active for a week and thats it ..Now looks like I have gotten good understanding of what to consider while buying a share .
❤ Rahul - nice video. However you missed an important point. You indicated that the revenue has not grown substantially and it is around 5%. The reason is ALL THE POWER GENERATED IS SOLD BASED ON LONG TERM PPAs at lower rates existed then. With new projects commissioning soon, they can sell this power at higher rates and revenue will go up vertically

I would avoid the index funds, mutual funds, or specific stocks for the time being. The 5% fixed incomes are the safest bet for now. Save your cash for when the market actually shows sign of recovery.
