If you structure your preparation according to the following 4 aspects, you can very easily succeed.
The important steps are as follows;
1. *Research your role and responsibilities - know about framework /tier system of Doctors*
2. *Basic framework of interview*
3. *Plan your time - Generate Homework (in terms of realizing your gaps and work on them )*
4. *Speak to the previous interviewees*
