Nurses do not complain. They shrug their shoulders and say they can do nothing. Actually they can. They can refuse to take part in the ridiculous things they are asked to do.
@@paul55767 I live on planet real world. Nurses whinge but do nothing. None of them want to put their heads above the parapet and be the one to get things changed. But reality is there is no one wants to change anything. Too many people make a tidy living out of the nhs. Go into any hospital trust on a Friday and try to find any senior staff. You have more chance of finding rocking horse poo.
