I work for the NHS and I have just received a threatening email from the service manager & HR TELLING ME to get my 1st jab by 31st Jan even though I work in admin & have no contact with patients. I agree 100% with Dr Ahmad Malik's point of view. Unfortunately, at the hospital where I work HR/Managers are handpicked for their BULLYING tactics ... mirroring the Government's bad behaviour!

@@Van-Cleef-b7m It seems to me that as the current covid vaccines do not stop transmission, only dampen it, and have not been through longterm trials, we have a duty to consider whether it is reasonable to require people to repeatedly take a vaccine that has not been proven long term and only acts as an inhibitor rather than an absolute protection from transmission. What do we consider an appropriate safe interval between boosters to maintain the highest levels of 'non transmisability' in staff? What is the safe period between having had covid and having antibodies and having vaccinations which make the body produce antigens. What happens in the body when vaxxed too soon and the antibodies and antigens cause inflammatory responses in the body? What's the long term and possibly repeat impact of that? I'm triple vaxxed, so clearly I'm not anti vaxx, but I do think that before asking people to adopt these kinds of protocols we ought to be very clear about what we are asking, and be clear about the potential long term health implications for those individuals being asked to undertake it. We should also be asking what other measures could be put in place instead, such as testing instead of vaccination. A commercial price kit is £10 including postage so it should not be beyond the NHS to provide low cost testing to patient facing staff who are not vaccinated rather than loose their skills, which have cost the taxpayer a lot of money in training and then the costs of training replacement personnel. How much compensation are you prepared to pay to personnel if there is shown to be a serious negative side effect on health from long term repeated vaccination protocols that were mandated or coerced? I'm not saying this is the case, but it's also true we dont know what the effects will be. What are we reasonably going to do about people who through no fault of their own either cannot have the vax due to particular health conditions or allergy? Once you mandate this for public sector, and private sector follows, or participation in school and education, quite soon there will be vaccine requirements on everyone to take whatever is proposed by employers and the state just to earn a living, and if you lower the bar on proven safety that has serious implications. I think we have to consider the bigger and long term implications of this very, very seriously. Another consideration is how will insurers start to shape their sickness, disability and life insurance policies, around vaccination status in individuals. Will they exclude cover if you are not vaccinated, severely heighten premiums? Will they exclude cover if you have injury or long term effects from taking vaccine that have not passed defined safety protocols and where will that bar be set? Are you going to insist that not only must all staff be vaxxed, but that you object to being in hospital with patients that have covid...who may well have been vaccinated and still contracted it...and not in the hospital.

Ive seen it too. At my school we had 15 employees out on a Friday. All vaccinated. Thx god they let us either get tested or gets vaxed. I hate doing it once a week but i can live with that. The moment they threaten me with it, then it gets real. But on xmas my wifes whole side got it. All of them. My wife, kid and i were fine. Tested negative. We've had it before though. But everyone i know who has recently had it have been vaccinated fully. I have touched, been next too tons of people who had it. Tested negative now every time since. Not treated unfairly at work either. They dont care. I dont wear a mask unless the school has a game and parents come in. That can change of course. It shouldn't.

Really severe and painful shingles is another side affects. Two relatives suffered this and I know other people who have suffered shingles also after the jabs! Notice government scientists never have a intelligent explanation, but just wave those concerns away, same as a quack would do!!

I have a friend who developed shingles/urinary tract infection straight after and a family member who developed a neurological issue which appears to be permanent. His consultant agreed it was brought on by the vaccine. So why are more doctors, consultants, nurses not willing to speak out about what they are seeing?

@@kieranroberts9119 where i am, even the medical schools are set up so that only certain group of people can enroll, pass, and get the license to practice, and its not by merit. You either have to be very smart but also very compliant. Or you are dumb but your family has money or connections. In any case, they make sure the candidates will follow orders like a good soldier, otherwise they will never graduate or given license.

The definition of a medical 'case' was also altered to anyone with any trace of having had a virus from someone ill enough to require medical treatment. Pfizer are now working on a wonder treatment for Covid that is virtually a clone of the ivermectin they rubbished but will be at least one hundred times more expensive. Nothing has changed since Doctor Ben Goldacre published his book 'Bad Pharma'. That must be over a decade ago, why are health care professionals only getting concerned now?

Indeed. Austrian here. It's crazy that our government is mandating the experimental vaccine for all citizens (from 18 years up) as of 1st of February. Lots of protests. But they don't care.
