Niš, Serbia - Located in the South of Serbia, I never planned on finding such a delightful city in this part of the world. The historic fortress dominates the city while the friendly locals make it such a pleasant experience to visit. More than anything, the history of Niš makes it an incredible destination for anyone fascinated in European history. From an Ottoman skull tower to a series of ruins located within the fort, Niš truly provides visitors with a wealth of historical places to choose from. In this video, we explore the city of Niš and learn more about the history of this region of Serbia!

Lovely video. Although, you got some things wrong. For example, those "Byzantine streets" are way older than 1300-1400, as you mentioned. However, that building next to those ruins you filmed isn't. That's a mosque built by the Ottomans almost a thousand years after. Then the square is King Milan's square, not Prince Miloš's. Milan was a king, not a prince, not a knight. He's the first Serbian king after regaining independence from the Ottomans. You were also talking about him in a completely different context and era, some 500 years before his time. But even so, I really enjoyed the video. Thank you!

Nista zelenije od mog Berlina ,samo 50 jezera imamo,a parkova da ne pricam.Srbija je odavno betoncina,cak su se i ptice i zivotinje iselile,a ovde me bude ptice,kao da sam u tropima,a i celu noc se cuju.
