1st U have to understand what's disrespectful . trust me , most of time time whenever u get offended or feel disrespectful the other person dont even intend it. India has a very emotional society which is easy to offend. 2nd U people have to understand that , there is a difference in way males communicate and girls communicate. le me give u an example. lets talk about haircut. If a guy tells his frd I got a haircut , he would reply ohh nice and its over. for girls its little different , if a girl tells her frd that see i got my nails done or something , she would reply wow which colour or from where or show me ... something like that. ( exceptions do exist it depends on person to person ) this is a big difference in way of communication that both boys and girls need to understand. now girls say the same thing and expect the same kind of answer from their bf or husband. on the other hand boys reply them in the same way they reply to other boys which creates a communication where girl's expectation of communication didnt met. so it feel disrespectful to them , when thats just their normal way of communication . guys don't like to have lengthy conversations which are extended , so they usually just make those conversations conclusive in one line or few lines. that's how they are with everyone ( its not the case at start of relationship bcz both people are trying to impress each other and are more energetic and into the relationship but then that excitement goes away and we get comfort in relationship thats when communications become like this ) if ur bf does it , he does it to everyone he is fully comfortable with . nobody is trying to offend anybody or try to be mean or ignorant.
