Nice video. Nature is greater then all. This is GOD'S GIFT TO CANADA. I have visited NIAGARA FALLS in July 2010. I enjoyed. Watching this video, I remember my those beautiful days. THANKS TO JOHN WOOD
wow,THank you so much..for a poor man from India like me who can never make it to Canada to see this Niagra, this video is more than a consolation..very relaxing..thanks again..
Great video, watched this so many times over the years and can’t believe it’s already been 11 years. So many memories going to Niagara Falls as a young kid and even today I still love visiting any chance I get. Not much has changed in Niagara Falls and I think that’s what I love about it, beautiful now like it was back then. Also, I think of how things are today, especially with Covid, having to wear a mask everywhere you go, keeping 6ft apart, not that people do, people just had a normal life before Covid and millions of people would still be here today had it not been for Covid.
Dear Mr Wood - thank you for uploading this video, your camera-work is very good. It brings back fond memories, I visited the Falls many years ago and hope to do so some day again. Many thanks,
When I heard the carillon bells along with the sound of the roaring waterfalls, I just lost it, break down and cried. I miss this place, this is where I used to live.
I do not know what the US looks like,i only have ever seen the falls from the Canadian side.No matter where you view the falls from it will always be impressive. Thanks ever so much for commenting...........John
I've seen all of niagra falls and have been going there since I was really little. I've been there countless times and never regret going each time. I'm now 13 and have gone since I was a baby. :) best place ever
Nice sightings. I live in New York, 5 minutes away from the city. I've always wanted to see them waterfalls. Better yet in person but for now this is as closest as I can get to them waterfalls
I saw Niagara falls first in August 1983 & again in 1991 from canadian as well as from american side. really worth seen place in world . i like so much that i vsited 30 times during my three visits of 3 months each
We were at Niagara Falls last month but New York side (US side). That ride you showed in a horse ride, it's the same look 6 yrs ago. We went both sides that year. They even have a 10pm street dancing performances. Its awesome. Thanks for sharing my friend
Thank you do very much for sharing your you tube clip when I lived in Toronto many years ago I clocked up over 20 visits to the falls all the four seasons of the year one place I just loved cheer's Michael-James AKA MJ.., Sydney Australia....
fun fact 2 of the falls are wholly on the US side and one ( Horseshoe ) is on the border and split not one is fully on the Canadian side even the one that's split used to be fully US owned
Very nice John Wood, thank you very much. I was at both of the sets of falls (US and Canada side) as a child with parents, who are long gone now, but I still have the memories. At night, they used to have colored lights and shine on the falls, I remember particularly the Canadian side. It was truly remarkable.
take me too,,,i hope I can visit this beautiful places on earth one day,,,from Kuala Lumpur city,,2014,,thnks for sharing Amazing place we us,,,thnks you very much,,
The shot taken at 5.58 on the movie is one of the most mesmerising of all the places I have had the opportunity to visit. I actually went back three times during our day there just stand there and watch this wonderful vision. We have now retired in Spain from the Uk and I highly recommend the cathedral/mosque in Cordoba, Having spent many years living in Peru I also highly recommend Machu Picchu for its ruins but also the ambience of the mountains around it. Thanks John for a great film. Rob
Would only be a dream for me.. visiting niagara falls is so imposible because my country is very far from canada.. im ordinary persons... its all in canada very awesome... i love you canada...
Amazing video of one of the world's most awesome natural wonders. Definitely one of my favorite places anywhere, one I always visit when in Canada. Thank you so much for sharing this. Great job!!
Thanks Paul, that water is very clear and dam cold too,as for the boat tour i have some video's which i took aboard a few years ago, they are in standard definition i will dig them out and post them up. Did not like the idea of taking my hd camera on board did not want to get it wet LOL.......Thanks for that lovely comment.......John
Thank you Mr Wood's as like you have have been to Niagara Falls many times and yes it is an awesome place to go I lived in Toronto for three years and have been to the falls about 20 times..
Thanks very much for the comment, glad you enjoyed the video.Th climate in June can be very hot at times,i have always been over there at this time and i never have had a bad day yet......
One thing that strikes me is the water having that lovely aqua blue colour to it, must be very clear water. What else can I say except it really is an awesome place judging by what I can see from this. You captured it extremely well John, although I have never been, I feel like I have in a cyber sense. You got some great angles and shots here, well done you. I can't imagine its a good place to take your camera onboard one of those mist tour boats... ha ha Paul 5*****
Hi, John. :-) You're welcome. Wasn't today Happy Canada Day? You have a nice collection of videos you recorded. Many nice train videos. The weekend before last weekend I actually went on an Amtrak train weekend trip to Chicago. So, lately, I've been enjoying watching many train trip videos on RU-vid. I wish you a good day & week in your part of the world. England, I assume? Good night, John. :-)
Thanks for sharing this video with us, John. Niagara Falls is so lovely & beautiful. I've visited Niagara Falls many years ago. I like seeing waterfalls, water, & rainbows. Your video has it all. Good quality video. My parents are in Canada for one week right now. So, that's why I'm watching some Canada videos before I go to bed. Have a nice day, John. :-)
