I've ridden the new BMW R1300 GS on some stunning Himalayan roads! Loads of power and torque, lots of electronics, technology that is state of the art and more. It isn't the most comprehensive review out there, but with limited seat time it's all I could comprehend about the BMW R1300 GS, and this after last riding on these roads over a decade ago.
In this video, I'll dive into the specs of the BMW R1300 GS, including its robust 1300cc engine, advanced suspension system, and cutting-edge electronics package. The R1300 GS has dynamic traction control, adjustable riding modes, and an advanced braking system. It is also lighter and nimbler than the 1250GS. The R1300 GS is heavily re-styled as well. I'll also share my personal insights on its handling, comfort, and overall performance, highlighting what makes the BMW R1300 GS better than ever before.
Do I think the BMW R1300 GS is a great bike, for first timers to adv riding, it's an easier step up than its predecessor, the 1250 GS. But I also think its absurdly priced and, in a world, where the GS once was the quintessential globe trotter, the amount of electronics fences off its playground.
Whether you're a motorcycle enthusiast or just love a good ride, this video has something for everyone.
