I see so many negative comments here. I have this same product and will recommend it all day long. The think with most people is that they don't know how to set it up or how to use it.
Nicer dicer not at my home other product reached my home that's why I'm not satisfied HBN....plzzz change my product.... I called the company but he is denied check the recordes but no answer of the HBN company 😡😡

from what ive read in an about ur product the blades r dull people r saying no english instructions no dvd what the heck is going on ? obviously ur blades r not up to par oh snap i think before i purchase i would have to look into another direction sorry sharpen those blades an enter the dvd as was told purchasing was included i found one i dont know if its from ur company but found at second hand store i must say it only had one part but worked just fine for pot an bigger chopped veggies so maybe i ll go back to second hand store an find one sorry but in ur tex s more negative than positives sorry byeeeee
The magic dicer that I had purchase, It's crap! It doesn't work as shown! The clip ons do not attach, the manual is so grammatically wrong it's incomprehensible, and the blades are dull. And customer service! When you want to buy, they respond in a few seconds, but when I raised my concerns, they do not respond! If I get no satisfaction, I'm complaining to the DTI!
Please don't but this crap! You will just waste your money! The blades are dull, the plastic material is cheap! I just throw it away! Stop fooling the customers! Don't buy this garbage!!!
