I was reading the comment and thought I was stupid because I didn’t saw any sqrt(-1) in them until I realized you meant unreasonably large and convoluted numbers
Doesn't seem possible that moving the half-diameter to the rhombus side would result in over a 6-fold reduction in the area (from 420 down to 69). But it's true. By doing that, the rhombus becomes tall and skinny.
I get that it's mostly a joke, but I'd like to know how you decide to do certain steps. For example, how are you supposed to recognize 8476 = 4 * 2119? And why keep the root 2119 in the denominator? I just want to know how to solve these on my own next time.

So I run into these. I try them without actually clicking on the video to see how I do. And then I get the answers and I'm like, seriously? What baffles me more is the fact that there's people who actually took the crazy amount of time and went to the lengths of FINDING the exact two numbers in this universe that could generate these conclusions.
If it represents the area of one right triangle, it is simple to solve only by multiplying for 4. Resulting in (280√2)/(√√2119). In this case, the labels were needed, he is assuming that the measurements are both of length and not area. Because no one has label of 'u' or 'u^2'. If you assume that one is area, the other will need to be area too, and what the second value of area will represent?
They are 2 meme numbers that show the result was intentional. If the result was 10 and 20, it wouldn't be clear work went into making the final result.
