@@AD70003What if a single potent and safe analgesic, like remifental infusion comes in India at cheap rate ? This will not be causing hemodynamic changes, patient is pain free, complication free. This Will eat up anesthesia jobs by more than 50%. Outside India it did not happen because, there is already shortage of anesthetist and drug is expensive . But in India there will be joblessness if it comes at cheap rate.
