People will always confuse training and fighting, here we can clearly see that it is only about refining techniques, the pace is there, the intensity is there, and only rarely people get injured, you can see and feel how they trust one another, that's how it's done in one of the bests gyms in the world at the highest level 👌👍

as we saw from their match, Nicholas just needs a training partner to only play defense, often from his back, and pout a lot if he's training for Pena.

4:20 Props to your training partner. This is world class Nicholas Meregali getting an already insanely tight triangle, I don't know how he didn't pass out and finally tapped once you got a mounted triangle.

Danaher needs to hire a wrestling coach, that single leg finish or lack thereof was atrocious. He should have ran the pipe multiple times, back tripped him or turned the knee down and brought the leg up, single leg chain wrestling 101. Oh and never reach around the back if you have a single leg unless you want to get planted on your face, that's just fundamentals. Jiu Jitsu was sick though.

I agree with lack of technic.. but the DDS guys use this as a way to fatigue their opposition.. keeping them on one leg and moving them around. They use the collar tie/snap in the same way. Won't work against a good wrestler.. but against most BJJ guys it's effective.

A ideia no treino nunca é essa, para com essa pensamento Brasileiro de achar que treino é amassar ser superior ou até mesmo vencer, treino é treinar o ponto fraco a todo momento pra quando chegar na luta tu fazer o que tem que ser feito com confiança!

Isso tem muito no treino. Geral estava olhando o rola, mas quando você finalizou, geral já olhou pra outro lado fingindo que não estava olhando. Você ainda dá uma olhada pra vê se alguém viu. Kkkk
