Don't know if I have ever seen a couple set up so perfectly by accident like Nadalind. I'm fairly certain by the 3rd and 4th season they started getting an idea of where they were going with it, but the slow organic build up is unmatched in most shows. I even like how they still kept it like maybe Nick and Juliette will get together again now that her soul is healed. But nah, Nick doesn't even bat an eye. He never intended to fall for Adalind but she and him dealt with there own traumas together. They helped each other heal, Nick wasn't leaving her to one again get yelled at by Juliette lol

Apparently it wasn't intentional. I've looked up interviews with the writers. They basically did it because Juliette was unpopular. I know it seems like they planned it from the start but it just worked out that way.

@@NinjaDimes There was still some intention to it. The writers always had Adalind connected to Nick in some way. They always intended for there to be tension of some kind. Juliette turning into Adalind was intended to be the start, but Claire got pregnant in real life so they had to put it off in their plans. I read and watched interviews as well.

Unfortunately bcos DG and BT are married in real life I doubt there'll ever be another series cos BT was not only not happy (understatement!) with the intimate scenes between Nick and Adalind but also not happy with the shift in the storyline and Adalind ending up being Nick's soul mate and not Juliette

What I like is when I watch the series again and seeing all the horrible things Adalind has done to Nick in the various episodes she appears in and how angry Nick is with her every time sees her. It makes me smile knowing in the end how much he loves her (understatement!), she's his soul mate and though we don't see it, they spend the rest of their lives together. Personally as much as I can't stand all the episodes with Juliette and Nick the way the producers gradually brought Adalind and Nick together worked as it showed the development of their love for each other which this video shows perfectly and I don't think it would have worked if it had happened sooner imo

I'm like ha you hate her now but you guys just wait 😆 I always think about it every time I rewatch the series. and the thing is she could've just been a reoccurring "villain" like sean where they affected nick but except for his thing w Juliette sean was mostly behind the scenes. whereas with adalind they chose to have her directly involved in nicks life on numerous occasions. her & Juliette a bajillion times, the grimm blood fiasco, Kelly & adalind (which no one talks about how huge that is. Kelly & adalind actually bonded), the visions (they never elaborated on), Kelly & adalinds mom, adalind & hank. I mean come on you could not tell me you didn't know something was going to develop between them two. either one of them was gonna end up dead or 😏well you know

@@minsugd1751 The only downside is cos DG & BT are in a RL relationship a lot of the scenes between Nick and Adalind in Seasons 5/6 were either deleted or their screen time together was greatly reduced cos BT was jealous and didn't like what happened to Juliette. Apparently, even though Nick was deeply in love with Adalind, Eve/Juliette and Nick still had more scenes together than Nick and Adalind plus the scenes between Nick and Adalind were the most deleted scenes in the whole series particularly the more intimate ones when they become lovers and that's why watching videos like this makes me so sad not to mention just a bit angry. When I watch the reruns I try not to let knowing that info spoil it for me cos their love story is beautiful but unfortunately it does 😡😢

@@lisaodom2756I kinda feel like BT is kind of a bitch irl or at least a little bit bitchy...but I just edited all the episodes, edited all Nadalind's scenes and storyline arc together, including all the deleted scenes (my own Nadalind movie if you like 😂) and all that matters is that these scenes were shot and they exist in great blu ray quality and that David and Claire despite BT had incredible, very natural and wild chemistry which nor DG and BT irl or NB and Juliette didn’t have, imo...and David and Claire, as their characters, when they became their characters while shooting, actually were in love as Nick and Adalind and this is exactly why BT didn't want all of their scenes be included in the show, she was jealous not without a reason.

What I love about watching this video is apart from a few deleted scenes obviously you can see the scenes in each individual episode but having the scenes put together in this way you can really see how they feel about it other especially the way they look at each other not to mention hold each other. Sadly Nick might have only told Adalind he loved once but watching this video you can really see how much he loves her ❤

Tell me about it.. there are only a few couples (like 1 or 2) in other shows that come close to the chemistry those 2 had in grimm

I would say it started when Nick force kissed Adalind to get his blood into her to steal her Hexenbeast powers.

On the one hand I agree with you but on the other one of the reasons their relationship worked and what was nice to see is the development of their love for each other and the overwhelming chemistry which developed over the course of the series. Also what I like when I'm watching the series again is seeing all the horrible things Adalind does to Nick knowing that she is in fact the love of his life and no doubt somewhere down the line Mrs Adalind Schade Burkhardt!

Well, it's her body, so in some part it was kinda Adalind, at least some part of her. That's why when they had sex, Juliette asked Nick "Well, how was it?" And he said "If I say it was good, you'll never forget it, If I say it was bad, you'll never forget it, it's a no win situation". And she then said "Well, just so you know...it was good for the both of us". And also when Nick told Monroe he slept with Adalind and I quote "...and the other time I slept with Adalind it actually was Juliette..." So in some ways it was Adalind.

No, it didn't. Which is why I keep asking myself why YT won't let your vids stay here. The only thing I do is making pitch changing for the songs and another coloring for the clips... It's happening again!? Argh, this is so unfair! :/ Could it be that you use an overlay for the scenes? I once had struggles because of this years ago. Maybe the scenes get still seen through those?

I pitch the songs too but in this case I don't have problems with the copyrights of the songs (which I could understand). The problem now is with NBC saying that I'm using their contents. Sorry I don't understand what you mean by overlay..

With overlay - I mean, it is when you use a picture data with a certain tune and just put it over the scenes to change the color instead of changing the color directly on the scenes themselves. But this was only an idea. I don't know why NBC gives you such problems at all. There are also Nadalind edits where the color isn't changed at all, so you shouldn't have struggles with their content in the first place. :/

So you're saying it could be cause I use some coloring effects on each scene? I guess we'll never find out. I have a new Nadalind video to upload and I'm not sure if do it or not... I'm really tired of RU-vid and especially NBC. Thanks for your support and your help anyway 😊😘
