Newsflash I made fun of her she was laughing at herself so I don’t think he hurt her feelings why would anybody say that she would do something ridiculous whatever she was making fun of herself so I don’t seem like she got her feelings hurt grow up you know something funny people when you don’t even know them in the reality of it is they’re different people they were married and ready to get married back then I think they married way too young and way too soon they probably weren’t ready to get married
What I love about this episode is that they seem so down to earth. Their families houses are small, they seem nice, and I felt like they are just like everyone else.
@@tiffanifarrington4039 compared to what Jessica has now lol. Granted she was starting her singing career but it was just two of them so they didn't need a 29 bathroom house, Like some celebs. Its still big but for celeb standards lol
It was before the showed had even aired. No one knew that the show would be a huge success . Jessica by season 3 already bought her grandma and grandpa a new bigger house
MiamiPush2theLimit No, he was just a dick. He had no patience because Jessica acted helpless & bratty, but he knew that before he married her. He's a dick
Funny how people are judging because news flash the producer edit the show like that to make him look mean and her to be dumb so don't judge it because at the end of the day it was edit and I think people want to believe that because they want to know why they broke up but its nobody's business
I always found it so hilarious how Nick could rip Jessica to shreds, make fun of her constantly, make fun of her to other people (which is extremely rude and shows that he has absolutely no class) but as soon as she laughs at some thing he becomes a big baby about it. I have never understood why after the show aired any woman on the entire planet would want to marry him. After how mean, rude, controlling over the other person‘s hard earned money, just a complete asshole That he was to Jessica. The fact that another woman saw his actions and still thought that he was OK and marriage material shocks me beyond belief
It’s not right how he would talk to her but she was so lazy and had the money to hire someone before he even saw her mess, after all it was always her mess. But hey they are now both happily married. Vanessa is perfect for Nick and Jessica seems happy in her marriage. So that’s what really matter they weren’t right for each other. Like Jessica said they both had other families waiting for them. I like this show but I also love to see Nick and Vanessa show now.
@@samanthabonnieelizabeth4975 Eh you're kinda right... Jessica Simpson herself is a multi millionaire but her company is definitely worth more than a billion dollars. So no she's not a billionaire but she owns a billion dollar company 😁😉😎
Satans Lair she’s 20 something.. that’s how girls act at that age their well on their late 30s now. And she’s extremely business oriented she’s smart ! I love her clothing line and her style she’s very cute !!
This episode had me dying on so many levels lol 😂😂😂 From her singing holy songs then dropping her phone and cursing to Nicks Christmas album lol lol #icant
I remember when this first came out. I was obsessed with her closet after CC set up everything. Sad how toxic their relationship was and how mean Nick was to her 😢. I still love her but her life has drastically changed.
I watched this show without fail when it was on! Never missed an episode. How did I fail to see how absolutely rude and disrespectful he was to her? Not a loving husband at all. It’s so hard to believe I missed what is so obvious to see now. Their marriage was already completely falling apart when they started the show.
because he isn't, she is the biggest airhead and so rude herself. They were a couple plain and simple. he was not ruder to her than she was to him not to mention a ridiculous spoiled brat. I like her but come on
He was so threatened by her. He thought she was dumb, and was bitter that she was more successful. He put her down to make himself feel better about his failing career. Mean and spiteful.
I've been watching this show lately and Nick is not very nice to her. he's always taking jabs at her for no reason...as though he thinks he's better. he must be insecure about how she was more successful at singing than he was.
would love to have her closet would also love to go out and buy clothes and not have to worry about the final total what a life you live when you don't have to worry about how much you spend or how many clothing you have or shoes or handbags
Me too, must be nice. I remember one episode where Nick was like " Jessica, you have way too many clothes, you buy so much you don't even temember what you have." she had like 2 or 3 of the exact same shirt or something and some stuff she"d never even worn that still had tags on it. lol
Natalie Lassche seemed like filming started just as the marriage was really falling apart. I love Vanessa, his wife now, but I honestly believe the hurt over this divorce still eats at him even to this day. I don’t think he ever thought she’d have the confidence to leave him.
I believe Nick and Jess truly belong together. Jessica should have never brought up divorce to Nick but should have stuck it out. She gave up to easily. Then she runs to guy after guy. Her behavior was pretty erratic then. And Nick runs to Vanessa. They pretty much ran from each other then. They were each other's first love and they are living what they had through other people. Oh well 🤷♀️
@@benicio1967 Filming started right after they got married. She said by the end of season 3, they weren't speaking. They divorced shortly after the show ended. Nick actually wanted to work on the marriage. She, being a spoiled, entitled brat, demanded a divorce.
I loved the Christmas album !!! Jess what a snitty thing to say. It’s fun when she’s cute but wasn’t cool when he was. Idk I see all the problems re watching this. They both had so much fault.
Nick was always seeming to do thoughtful things for her and not just some impersonal expensive gift but things that were really thoughtful of her and she acted like a spoiled brat. I felt bad for her at first but she really is selfish and snobby. Even to his family. Shame on her
Sorry but mincemeat Pie doesn't have meat in it hahaha I'm form the uk it's just dried fruits and spices. If she put meat in it she made it soooooo wrong lol
@Toby Lerone yeah I know that originally it would've been meat based, hence the name but now it's just fruit. Apparently the traditional version is actually really good. There's a bbc show called "Victorian bakers at christmas" and they recreated the traditional recipe and all said it was delicious. It's a really fun and interesting show, they recreate traditional foods using old techniques, equipment and ingredients. Well worth a watch.xx
Nick was being a jerk in this clip. He got mad at Jessica because she didn't like his Christimas song, but he doesn't like alot of Jessica's songs. That is called the double-standard. But I'm also pretty sure this show tried to make them both appear incompetent and inconsiderate to eachother or just plain misconstrued these two people and their lives. Which I don't think helped their relatinship.
@switkissez i'm sorry but with everything you did for him you can tell he loved her. she was 21 at the time, she let the material things go to her head. she's changed a lot
Well they truly did love each other, I don't doubt that at all...but things change unfortunately. Age wasn't on her side. She was still growing up. And her career was becoming beyond huge which took a toll on their relationship. Her dad was obnoxious in their marriage. Nick was an ass.
I remember watching this back in 2002 on TV and i always remembered jessica not wanting to eat grannys minced meat pie lol...thats how i knew it wasnt gonna last.
Funniest of Nick was at the beginning when he laughed at Jessica dropping her phone. His laughs could’ve been the newest version of “Jingle Bells”. Also, he sounded like Michael McDonald when he sang “O, Come All Ye! o, Come All Ye!”
His laughter when Jessica dropped her phone the first time (which sounded like an alternate version of “Jingle Bells”) and him singing “Oh come o ye, oh come o ye” in a Michael McDonald sort of way, sounded better than his Christmas jam.
I know! Ha ha ha!!! Nick’s voice NEVER disappoints. When I mentioned his voice sounded like Michael McDonald singing “O Come O Ye”, it was a humorous compliment. Sorry if I confused you.
He definitely got a selfish, self centered, immature bride. She not only was unsupportuve about his career but also put down his songs and other stuff regarding his career. Meanwhile, he takes his personal time to coach and guide her vocally when her record label didn't like the was she sung it. Jessica said it herself, " Nick didn't get any credit". Now that's a supportive hubby.
The way Nick laughs. Damn!! Hes so cute. Now hes married to Vanessa, i just thought these 2 were funny together. Esoecially in the elevator when she mimicked the cartoon we used to watch growing up. I cant remember which 1 Ep it was. But it was funny.
2022 I remember watching this one when it came out originally. That cloth disaster is horrendous lol I mean come on now your rich just pay someone to keep up on it regularly if your not going to do it! 😂 Sorry I'm a little OCD I really do 💗 them😘
yeah plus we didn't see behind close doors moments when camaras wern't rolling. yeah they had bad moments good moments just like any marriage. nick and jessica pave way for future famous married couples to divorce under reality show pressure.
