It's not much different than it was in the 90's. Only difference is companies then would throw out the complaining letters, and now with social media they get a false sense of just how many people are complaining. All they have to do is realize that it's the vocal minority and their product will continue to sell if you ignore them. Blame marketing.

I barely started listening to their old stuff in a round about way and became a late instant fan, I binged these early episodes after listening to the Opie and Ant final argument and Opie and Norton’s big argument first and now it’s sad listening to them have fun before the laugh lol.

Not saying that the callers ever added anything, but if you’re gonna take them at least let them talk. The whole talking over each other especially on radio is wack. Besides that, nick and Anthony are spot on. It’s interesting seeing the stuff they talked about play out in real time

Opie used to lie about everything. He probably heard that somewhere 5mins before the show and applied it to himself. There’s a Jim Jefferies episode where Jim talks about how he used to work with disabled people, because his buddy had MD. And Opie goes “yeah I used to do that too… but I had to quit… it was just too sad, they kept dying…” And it was never mentioned again. Even in this episode where Opie pretends he was poor “my caddy and babysitting money had to chip in…”

He lies about something every single show. It's a rate of about 1 lie every 10-15 minutes he is ACTUALLY speaking, it's absurd.

Anthony complains about minority crime all day long then sits there and says he should pay less tax. So less tax money into the system means less police, less courts, less prisons and less social programmes which is demonstrably proven to result in higher crime through lack of education, poverty and broken homes.
